Older Head here. I made 3 shows this tour. Fantastic shows. The spirit & magic is alive and well if one cares to look for it. I know many older heads are off the bus but the young kids are lucky to have it and know it. It's a one of a kind experience that will be gone all too soon. Please be kind & allow them to enjoy it without being a downer.
O.H. here as well, I've never seen any post-Jerry Dead, just haven't felt the call. But I'm glad people are still enjoying the scene, I'm sure there are still individual souls getting shown the light and how can that be anything but good? Thank you Jerry, I love and miss you - everyone remember to send some good lovin' his way as you're twirling about these shows! ~PEACE~
Lol, it took me a second because I forgot about that unfortunate female fan who said that to the internet. This was funny! People are too uptight for their own good.🤣✌
As a not quite yet an old fuck but been around since the 90s guy, the strangest thing about seeing a show on this tour for me was handing my live resin vape cart to security on purpose to hold for me while I passed through the metal detectors at the same venues you used to have to bury your glass under your balls and pray at 20 years ago.
Thanks Nordy! We appreciate your consistent support and hope to see you again on tour! We'll be sure to grab a copy of Tour Head as well whenever it becomes available!
That dude who skates and plays guitar has been at every show I've been to since the late 80s. I don't know how he does it. There was actually a picture of him in my college psychology book, under normal/abnormal behavior. Dudes famous. That's hilarious I was sitting next to the N2o tanks and they froze up. The dude bounced it off the blacktop and scared the crap out of me. It was so loud I thought it was going to explode.
Kinda surprised that guy said he doesn’t see people selling acid anymore. I’ve been able to get it super easy at these shows and at the final show in SF last year I found a woman giving it away for free
@@RonFast right, but would that be technically illegal? Not that I care, or am being a doogooder, I just think if cops wanted to push the issue and make a stink they could.
@@Ned88Man I am sure it was illegal, but they chose not to enforce the rules. Guys were selling balloons full of laughing gas right across from him too. No one cared
Between the fact that its Boulder, and a Dead Show the smoke was flowing freely. The security knows whats up, they're just there to keep everything safe, but I dont think anyone was harassed for smoking.

The music doesn't sound fresh at all. I have another word for Grateful Dead, it's called Jerry Garcia and without Jerry, there is no Dead. All the guitar players in all the post Jerry incarnations just completely fall short of Garcia's worst moments. I would rather see the Dead at Woodstock or Monterey pop festival than anything I went to post 95, than the greatest rehashed garbage dead and co show. Anyone who can't hear this in all the recorded grateful dead performances compared to dead and co is simply dawning a label to a long gone relic of our past. These tired rehashed versions of old masterpieces seem forced, detached from the feeling that was once there even in the midst of a heroin addiction. Even the 95 dead was a joke compared to the old days. 1970 grateful dead, 73. It was resonating with sheer musical and psychedelic energy. Honed to insane degree. Let's make it fresh again and drop all these rules and tyranny.
