- Join me for a full body walking workout to burn calories, help you reach your daily step count goal, strengthen your arms and flatten your belly. In this walking workout I am using a set of 1kg dumbbells but a pair of water bottles will work just as well.

Very nice workout, the 40 minutes just flew by. For me it was a bit harder on the arms and shoulders than on the legs, so perfect ! I love the light weigh - fast pace combo. Thank you Olivia, can't wait for your next workout. Have a lovely bank holiday weekend !
