Unfortunately, no one can tell you what you want, but a trick and advise to this is that: take a break from almost everything around you bcz it is distracting you from knowing yourself and focus on yourself in your thought, taking a break from everything could be a break from your phone bcz it has so many things that can influence you, things like instagram, Facebook, twitter, bcz they will give you an idea of how things should be like, and that will make you forget about how YOU feel about things.

@@PoojaSharma-sg9wj Every negative habit is created somewhere in our past, sometimes so long time ago we don't even remember it (like it was in my case), those habits adapt and evolve along with everything we experience and interact with it.
I used to create a "memory map" for myself, linking every negative memory from start till now and vice versa, and the more sad and depressed you feel while doing it, it means you're closer to the core of the problem.
Thanks to this, I figured out that 3/4 of my issues are around 18 years old and simply were adapting and evolving with me.
A more or less accurate example I can think of now.
If as a child you disliked groups of people/other kids for any reason, in later years you may feel anxious when going to places like bars, clubs or concerts and you may explain this in many ways, simply by not remembering the original source as it was evolving along.

Using the camera option on my phone I made an audio recording of what I wanted to implant subconsciously. I simply fall asleep to my recording while it repeatedly plays as I sleep.
