I graduated Rhema Bible Training Center in 1987. After nearly 40 years, I have yet to find a more anointed, authentic, and integrious man of God. Brother Hagin was a man of love, a man of prayer, a man of the Spirit, a man of faith. I sat under his teaching for two years. He preached the full counsel of Gods Word. 🙏❤️👑
Can’t agree more. Have not had opportunities to read many Kenneth Hagin’s books. But listened to a lot of messages and they revived my spiritual life and took me whole new level. Additionally Derek Prince & Myles Monroe. Messages by Kenneth Hagen and Derek Prince gives you so much clarity

@RichardMizenko Okay, so if all that shaking and tongue flicking like a snake, etc., is the power and peace of the Holy Spirit, then why is it we don't read anywhere in Scripture that Peter, Paul, John, or any of the apostles acted this way after Pentecost? They didn't even act this way ON the Day of Pentecost. As the Holy Spirit enabled them to do, they spoke in languages the proselytes in Jerusalem that day could understand and spoke the Word of God with boldness.
@@briankady1456why did they think they were drunk if it was ONLY speaking another language...? I don't think other language speakers are drunk... hmmm maybe something else was happening...

@@bMEEK1975 OK, he led many to Christ. I'll grant you that. But just look at the company he kept while he was alive. I mean, Kenneth Copeland? Hello! If that doesn't raise red flags for you, you're just as deceived. Health and wealth? I can think of nowhere in Scripture where we as Christians are promised health and wealth here on earth. The Apostle Paul had some affliction which he called a thorn in his flesh, that he suffered with for life. God didn't heal him but rather said His strength was made perfect in Paul's weakness. Kenneth Hagin would probably accuse the Apostle Paul of not having enough faith because of this. Here's another point of concern. Didn't Jesus warn against storing treasures on earth, where rust and moth destroy, and thieves break in and steal? Yet, prosperity pimps teach you can, in the words of Joel Osteen, "live your best life now." How about Kenneth Hagin acting drunk "while in the Spirit" as he's been known to do? There is video evidence of this. That is the result of someone taking Acts 2:13 COMPLETELY out of context and forming this doctrine about being "drunk in the Spirit". There is no Scripture that tells us to be drunk in the Spirit. In fact, we are instructed time and again to be sober. Ephesians 5:18 tells us not to be drunk which leads to debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit, which is sobriety. Further, we are warned in I Peter 5:8 to be sober and vigilant, because our adversary, the devil, prowels about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Now, why would the Holy Spirit want someone to be drunk so that person is now left open to the danger. I just don't see that ever happening. Falling out in the Spirit, writhing about under the pews, flicking the tongue like a snake (as your friend Mr. Hagin has been known to do) is unScriptural too. Much of that is Kundalini, which is rooted in Hinduism. Show me ONE SCRIPTURE in the Bible where Paul, or Peter, or John, or ANY of the early Christians for that matter, ever exhibited these manifestations. Also, if you can show me anywhere in the Bible where Jesus ever punched, kicked, or otherwise assaulted anyone to heal them, as some faith healers have been known to do, then I'll eat your hat. And that leads me to another point of contention I have. I marvel at how those in the Word/Faith and NAR movements feel entitled to heap such abuse on the Holy Spirit. They seem to think that any manifestation exhibited in church or wherever, no matter how bizarre or disturbing it appears to be, is accredited as a move of the Holy Spirit, without even checking with Scripture to see if it is of God or not. In fact, they are some of the most irreverent folks regarding the Holy Spirit. John Crowder and his "Toking the Ghost " teaching. Talk about blasphemy!! We are told to test the spirits, and expose what is false, not just accepting anything and everything just because some preacher tells you it's a move of the Holy Spirit. If it's not in Scripture, I won't accept it, I must reject it. And just remember Matthew 7, where Jesus talks about judgment day, where many will say, "Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your Name, cast out demons in Your Name, etc., and Jesus will look them in the eyes and tell them, " Depart from Me you workers of lawlessness, I never knew you." I could go on and on, but I think I have proved my point.

At one point in my life, I thought Hagin was a true prophet of God and like you I bought all the books and tapes of his I could back in the day. I went to his school Rhema and saw him preach many times. First, of all he never really wrote any book, the books you see by him are simply the transcripts of audio messages. The book “The Midas Touch” he dictated to Billye Brim, but it is his thoughts and ideas. You mention you read the book “The Believers Authority”. But Hagin was taken to court and found guilty of plagiarism. The book was originally called “The Authority of the Believer” written and copyrighted in 1932 by John A MacMillan. Hagin published it using the same title and called it his own. When Hagin lost the court case he changed the title and a few sentences. They could have still taken him back to court. So, do you want to follow somebody who copies another’s work and claims it for his own? That is what we call a liar. Another book you mentioned is “I believe in visions”.
