mads has stated before that she never has the intention of making music so that it will chart high, she just wants to make the music that she wants to make. she knows that if she plays the numbers game it will drive her crazy and she just wants to focus on the art she is creating. i have loved her for years now after falling in love with asp in 2018, and you can truly tell now that she is making the music that she has always wanted to make. she seems so happy and proud of silence between songs, i feel so lucky to have watched her career grow into what it is now

Even though Madison is beautiful and an incredibly influential person, people need to, or should try and understand her as a person. The girl has aged mentally when she was just in her teens. She’s faced so many demons in her life and describes most of them in The Half Of It so well, yet through out it all, she’s became a graceful, intelligent young woman. I really hope the best for her career

Her music is good, but could be better. Life support had a lot of fillers, lots of her songs dont feel finished. There is 0 promo; her label just doesnt care. Also she is close with tiktokers thats why she just cant become an a-list celeb, even tho she has so many a-list celeb friends. For some reason her songs just dont blow up (radio etc not tiktok). She had lots of controversy and labels just dont seem to care about her (even when she was independent). I just think she will never become famous like shawn mendes level

I feel like a lot of her songs in life support look like they are unfinished cause they express the feelings that she experienced while being suic.idal like numbness and confusion and you can see that in the lyrics and the strange production and vocals Layering and effects plus the song don't follow the regular stracter of pop music like (intro-verse-precoure-course-verse-precourse-course-bridge-course )

i think what makes her different is actually her music... she's one of the only artist out there perfectly blending melodies straight out of the 50s, with a modern production and a little Daft Punk/Tame Impala twist to it. the issue with her branding is that people think she wants to be a main pop girl, when that is absolutely not the case, that's what her old management tried to do. i love seeing her explore different side of her music, she genuinely looks like she's proud of what she's putting out, not to mention that she writes and co-produce everything she puts out, she vocally improved like crazy in the last couple of years + her visuals are always stunning.

PS: She's absolutely gorgeous and has an amazing voice. I loved life support. But I think she's not getting the recognition she deserves because:
1- her music is super niche and not popular mainstream at all, she barely released anything radio-friendly since life support.
2- she's marketed towards girls but her insane beauty and skinny body make girls more jealous than what not so they don't wanna support her. Her image is always very sexy, polished and provocative and women don't find her relatable.
