What does the green keycard do

You can open a small room at *Airfield* with a "Fusible" and a "Green card".
You can open a small room at *JunkYard* too.
- This will give you a yellow card and some loot.
You can find a "Green Card" at top of *Lighthouse* or in a *Gas Station* .
