History of this world:
This survival series started on July 10th 2014 on the MCPE (Minecraft Pocket Edition) App. I had quite a few MCPE videos before this series that I recorded and edited on the iPod 4th Generation. When I finally upgraded to the iPhone 5, this was when I wanted to start a Minecraft series that will last forever! I started this series on the iPhone 5 and eventually upgraded again to the iPhone 6 Plus for more power on Ep.66. MCPE on the iPhone 6 Plus served me well for a long time until the game started updating more and became even slower. This was until I bought myself a gaming laptop (Lenovo Y700) and transferred my ongoing MCPE world to Windows 10 Edition on Ep.154. Till this day, we are still surviving and thriving with builds in this world and plan to do so far into the future!

recommendation: in the lab, you should make a map of the place using your custom maps so you dont get lost in it

Couldn't disagree more with Elytra … Even wish they had another "upgrade" or item to obtain that gave players the ability to hover as well (similar to moving around in creative mode). I definitely don't think limiting movement or increasing tedium is a great idea imo.
Bro how elytra is completely broken it’s too easy to get and completely negates multiple features in the game because of it the least they could do is get rid of the firework part
@@SwiftySloth there's so many reasons why Elytra is a benefit for people. But its also an optional thing to even get to begin with. I played for years without getting them mostly because I never really knew how. But even people who do can opt not to like Bdubbs did with Hermitcraft that one season. You don't need Mending & don't need fireworks if you want a more "hardcore" experience. But i think the average person doesn't want to grind even longer for making big builds - the ultimate end-game of MC. Things look better from above and afar in this video game. To remove the thing that allows people to best see that work would be pointless.
If Mojang ever made it harder to get, I'd rather it be a reward from killing the Dragon so there's a finite amount in the world (thus making them exclusive, possible to lose/break them all easier & harder to "find" because you have to resummon the Dragon).
If you have trouble with villagers lagging while trading in your world, reduce the render distance when trading with them therefore less will be visible in your game as an entity and will be smoother
Like this comment to let Dallas know that you can indeed get the full 6 minutes of night vision at 08:03 using a splash potion by throwing it directly above your head and making it land on your head. Same goes for Tipped Arrow as well at 14:55.
Tip: At 10:50, An idea to visit many most places on your mansion is indeed as you said to make your storage systems diverse and spread it across the entire mansion. But if you feel like you will be overwhelmed to remember everything, just make a 2D MAP of your Mansion on a paper and give every room a room number. Note down the room numbers in a new separate journal (Like an Index of your Mansion) and now you can just refer your journal to know which room number to visit to get a specific item. It will definitely suit your playing style of Minecraft and I would love to see it.
You can also make very tiny mini farms for each room that represents a specific item(like a very tiny sugarcame farm in the place where you like to store sugar cane and paper.
CQOTD: You got the Mansion, you got the LAB, and you got the city. What can we expect the next MAJOR build of yours could be in 2024 and possibly 2025?

Hey Dallas! To get the full time for splash potions you have to throw it up and let it hit your face. That's how you get the full time for splash potions and xp from xp bottles.
How you were saying about not having a storage room and turning different areas of your house in to storage for different things. I do that but i make it like a town and each building is a like a shop that sells different items. I would build a black smith where I keep my ores and tools. I'll make a little lumber yard where all my wood is and so on. Not only does it allow me to see my world all the time but it actually adds a little bit of lore behind it all which I love
I'm a female subscriber and minecrafter. Since UA-cam and Google accounts connect, they might track it through there. I follow a pretty big mix of Minecraft players. I could only guess about the discrepancy in the stats, but I suspect the algorithm and the popularity of certain build styles among female players is in play. A large percentage of the female players I watch seem to specialize in styles like cottage core and cozy stuff. So if female viewers follow a lot of those accounts, they might be getting primarily suggestions in that style from the algorithm. With some of the big players like Pearl and Gem pushing into different build styles, there could be some changes to the algorithm on the horizon though.
Not sure if you know this Dallas, but you can break the furnaces in your super smelter build to get a lot of xp.
Does it all just stack up over time? If so, I’d get like 1,000 XP lol

@@dallasmed65 I had furnaces that I used for around 100 days and I got 70 levels
I keep one blast furnace going for smelting all my ores, and when I die or really need levels it comes in handy.

I like the idea of needing phantom membrane if the elytra wings have broken, it’s the only ‘tool’ in the game that has durability that doesn’t completely break so having to use phantom membrane before xp will work to repair would balance it well imo.
13:48 its just another bedrock exclusive bug and is not related to villagers at all. It can happen no matter how far you are in your world or how many entities are present.

with the change to raid farms, trading periodically with villagers would be the easiest way to get more emeralds. I mean it seems like you go back and forth of accumulating wealth, but if you're back on that I would afk at farms so you can trade. The stone mason for stone trade is pretty good if you're already digging.

Here's my solution to the inventory problem.
Replace the D Pad buttons on the controller, with 4 extra inventory slots. This will free up the spots that are taken up by tools, or gradients.
We need more efficient ways for commonly used items to not take up valuable slots. It's not about how much space we have, it's about how much space we save. Otherwise, we'll continue to fill it as it grows.
Can’t stress enough how much I agree about the phantom membranes to many items in the game have prevaricate zero use

Splash potions to take full effect need to be thrown directly up on your character.
You should fill those empty red barns you built a long time ago with farmer villagers and trade crops with them and you will yield insane profits next time you go on a trading spree

Build idea: since we all like the acient libertary so much (near the end) why not rebuild it in the city? Its as place where you can store extra books, papers and maps. I like the idea of storage in your house so we get to see more of the older sections of the house.
I think you should work on an iron farm soon for in the city it'd help save so much time gathering iron for how much you have to use in builds, especially for how expensive trap doors are

You can actually repair your elytra with phantom membranes, i just found it out like 2-3 months ago. Maybe it doesnt work on Bedrock, i dont know that, but it does on Java
