I found another solution that will not require to have flattening the original path. In such big projects were I have hundreds of points every 1m, flattening the curve as per your solution is not viable.
Thanks for sharing, actually I have a similar problem. I try create a rectangle tube with 10 reference points and 1 reference line. Whenever I change the position of any reference point on Z-Axis, all reference points and rectangle tube rotates itself directly 90 degree.. I still dont get it why but trying to solve it by changing "Orients to" unter Adaptive Component section..
