Kuki 🍪 + Dendro 🌱 = Stonks 📈 BTW: Key is also good in Hyperbloom! (just generally not recommended to pull for & less useful than Freedom Sworn) I should've included that explanation in the Hyperbloom section as well, ty for pointing it out! let me know what you think about the editing/text on this video as well!
I'm so happy to be a Kuki main since her release, and to notice how she found a comfortable place in the meta after dendro. I was already using her before, but to now see her doing over 30k per seed is so satisfying, I'm so happy I picked and triple crowned her 🥺❤️
@@ivananyaegbu3435 I've always played her with Ayato, even before Dendro, so I went for a hyperbloom build as shown in the guide: Iron Sting, 4pc gilded, EM as my priority (I have 947 without considering the 4pc bonus or my C2 Kazuha buff) and HP on the substats for the heals. She's very straightforward in that team, just press skill and everything dies 🤭 I find it extremely smooth!
how'd you main her before dendro release? did you main her off-field or on-field? i'm just curious since kuki mains were a rare sight before dendro (and they still are quite rare)
@@juice3287 Off field, on an Electro charged team with Ayato. Granted, back then he used to be the one doing more damage, but I always used them together, so I considered them both equally my mains (they're also both triple crowned, even though I never used her NAs much lol) 😅
thank you zy0x for using cookie E to heal me from my father’s wrath now I can use Hyperbloom - If Electro is inflicted upon a Dendro Core, the Hyperbloom reaction will be triggered, which transforms the Dendro Core into a Sprawling Shot that homes in on the closest enemy (or ally, if triggered by an enemy/the environment), dealing increased AoE Dendro DMG in a 1m radius on hit to both enemies and players. against my dad
Bloom is the Elemental Reaction triggered by inflicting Dendro on a target that is already affected by Hydro or vice versa. This reaction produces a Dendro Core, which stays on the field for up to 6 seconds, and has different effects based on if Pyro, Electro or neither is applied to it before its duration expires. Only 5 Dendro Cores can exist at a time, and producing more than 5 Dendro Cores will cause the oldest one to expire immediately.

Recast: Jax deals physical damage to nearby enemies, increased by 20% for each attack dodged, up to a 100% increase, and stuns them for 1 second.
i feel like people always forget about dark iron sword. it doesnt give as much em (141) and its passive isnt as good but it still works well for a hyperbloom team. i get about 28k hyperblooms with it. doesnt cost a billet, and its f2p friendly
Your choice to showcase an Ayato Kuki hyperbloom team made me very happy. It is currently one of my favourite teams and I can't wait to slot Nahida in place of Dendro MC.
I'm feeling the same, especially because Nahida's dendro application will be skill-based, similar to Ayato's and Kuki's which will feel extra smooth! I hope you win your 50/50 and/or get her quickly!
Same!! Its currently my favorite team so far Hyperbloom as a reaction just feels so fun and easy to use and the Ayato and Kuki combo just synergizes so well
when I realized that hyperbloom is a transformative reaction that doesnt get influenced by crit substats, I tried to build my Kuki with almost 1k EM then paired with a hyperbloom team I saw on youtube, I was surprised how fast it cleared the abyss. I tweaked the lineup and now my go-to hyperbloom team consists of Kuki, Kazuha, Ayato, Dendro MC - aka OnlySwords
@@oscara8454 no offence, but sucrose groups more than enough, its just that her auto targeting during burst is kinda bad….it really becomes easier to group after playing with her a lot
another good f2p weapon option for kuki (for those who lack enough sword billets) is the 3* dark iron sword - it has em stat, the passive gives atk boost to kuki after proccing electro reactions which is kina eh. you can get it from a liyue npc, that is if you haven't already taken and foddered it.
The fact that she's a healer and not also a sub DPS is crazy.. she allows you to go all out on the other slots ( especially if more dendro DPS gets released)
The Key is actually her BiS for Hyperbloom. You can stack the buff very quickly (and if you have C4, even quicker). To anyone who got baited by the weapon banner and doesn't know what to do: use the key and look for EM substats on your flower and feather, followed by HP% substats on sands/goblet/circlet. It's the only weapon that can surpass the Freedom Sworn's EM stat it also ties into your HP scaling.
Also a stronger weapon the more EM the rest of your comp can use. For example, it will be much stronger using Nahida as Dendro instead of DMC, or with Kazuha/Sucrose (I haven't run the numbers, but with the strong HP scaling, it might be BiS for Burst Aggravate Kuki)
Finallyy kuki is getting the love and recognition she deserves! She's been my main since she was released and her design, personality, attack animation is soooo cool.
If u have Kuki C4, u can stack the buff from Key of Khaj- Nisut in something like 2 secs. Just use E, normal hit (a thunder will hit the enemy stacking again) and the ring will hit just after. This weapon is her bis atm for sure.
@@konfuzzzled imo, key is Kuki's Bis notwithstanding the fact that it is niche. The secondary Stat and passive just synergizes with Kuki more than freedom sworn. From the HP scaling to the passive procs with elemental skill to EM self and team-wide buffing.
I've been using Kuki for aggravate teams :) I have her on a build to buff my Keqing's damage, though. I accidentally got Key of Khaj-Nisut (only 17 pity, so it didn't hurt too much) and eventually decided to give it to her. After playing around with that build (Tenacity full HP) I think it is mandatory to have her C4 if you're going to use it. It allows you to Skill → 1 Normal → Bust to get all 3 stacks on the sword's passive. This is because the damage from her C4 counts as elemental skill damage. So you activate her skill while close to an enemy for the first stack, use a normal attack for the second stack, then get the third stack from the skill's first pulse as the burst is activating. Without Shinobu's C4 the rotation for activating the passive on the Key takes to long and it doesn't really work out. I was going to comment on your editing style in this video even if you didn't ask :) I immediately noticed it was different when you included the video on the side while explaining the skill. I really feel like that helps to illustrate what it is you're talking about, so I would say you're improving in this regard. :D I think including text on screen is a great idea, even when it's not for correcting stuff you say. A really common thing I rewatch your guides for is to decide how much ER I should use on specific characters before I get around to testing a new build on them. It's useful to have a ballpark idea of where I need to be before I start experimenting. Being able to more quickly find that information (and other information) would be helpful. Though, I'm not sure it would help your analytics since it would reduce watch time. EDIT: Also, no Dark Iron Sword mention lmao
I've built the ayato kuki traveler kazuha team while ago and I've been constantly testing in the abyss , it's really a veeeeery powerful team and fun to play , and as a small tip I recommend to try to affect the traveler's burst with electro not hydro that way it keeps affecting the enemies with dendro like crazy and actually gives more hyperblooms per rotation.
I've heard that due to ICD, the electro infusion does not apply more dendro than hydro infusion. It looks like the enemies are being hit more by the traveler's burst, but it just does more damage; it just doesn't apply extra dendro aura.
And yes, I do play Kuki as one of my main characters, she’s a good healer, I rather elemental skill heals than ult healers cause the need of building the ult to heal you can make you lack on heals before you get it and over heal when you have it
As long as you have Kuki c4 then the Key of Khaj-Nisut is great. E-NA-wait for E to hit a second time(less than 2 seconds from cast) and your good. With this, at least in a hyperbloom team, you can hybrid HP and EM on your artifact main stats. Even just R1 is good, but the higher refined the better of course.
I think you hit all the high points in this guide! I'm almost done building my Kuki and can't wait to run her in Ayato hyperbloom in the abyss. You were really torturing the UA-cam compression algorithm in that showcase. Even on 1080p it was hard to see all the numbers. So far I've been running Kuki in overworld/domains in a "companion xp farm team" which is Kuki, Collei and Kokomi with one flex, initially Jean (but it feels pretty dumb running 3 healers) and now Heizou. It works pretty well cause everything is tied to elemental skills, but obviously Ayato-Kazuha-Nahida will be an absolutely insane team! I have had so much fun with Kuki lately that I gave her Freedom Sworn, and put Xiphos on Kazuha (he needed a bit of ER anyway).
Great guide! I went from ex-shrine-maidenless to gigachad c6 Shinobu on Cyno's banner and I'm so glad. I'm running a hybrid general triple EM 4p tenacity Kuki with Iron Sting (borrowing Freedom-Sworn if Kazuha's not being used) because I like to have at least one atk buff available for the times I'm not using Kazuha or Zhongli on my Cyno teams or my hyperbloom Ayato team. I'm still surprised at the hyperbloom damage she does only at lv 80/80 with 830 EM and E lv 11 (I'll ascend her after finishing Nahida)
I just need people to know that, for science, I threw a C6 Kuki off the top of Jade Chamber to hurtle to what would surely be instant death upon hitting the ground (no plunging to just falling). And she survived. 1 HP and still standing. God I love her!
"Key of Khaj Nisut" is very good for kuki as it gives both lot of HP% and EM I used it on my kuki who is running 4p tenacity with triple EM her EM goes above 1000 even without running any em base set like gilded/wanderers
Seeing the Ayato team get to shine is amazing. I’ve been preaching this comp since dendro was released. Ayato’s massive amounts of wide spread and consistent hydro application and Kuki’s easy to use reliable electro application makes it seamless. Add in Kazuha or Sucrose (Kazuha being the better option) and the only limiting factor is dendro application. My question for Zy is is it better to activate the increased aoe or the faster attack rate of Travelers burst? I’m pulling Nahida so it doesn’t really matter but it may be important for people who aren’t. To my understanding hitting Traveler’s burst with electro makes it attack faster but it doesn’t do anything for their ICD, so I go for the bigger aoe.
AGGRAVATE doesn't really need fast application so burst + hydro is better for enemies that move but if they don't move burst + electro should be better since traveller will spread more As for BLOOM personally burst + electro is better cuz bloom has a hard time making bloom seeds I might be wrong
@@Ilovechickenssss The only reason I go for the bigger aoe is specifically because of Ayato. Between the reach of his NAs and his burst if you leave Traveler’s burst at it’s standard size it leaves you with a big gap in where blooms can appear. To me without the bigger aoe it feels like you’re just playing a bad Ayato hyper carry team since maybe 1/3 of the damage is taking place outside of Travler’s range. If you’re using a Xingqiu, Yelan, or Mona then I would agree with you. Edit: I could be wrong though, which is why I asked lol
@@sephirian688 that's actually makes sense but it'll still hit the enemy since we're supposed to be close to the enemy right?it's better to have hydro on opponent then get a core near you so kuki can hyperbloom instead of making a bloom far away (+ the enemy gonna run towards you + the seeds can't explode if it's hyperbloom) Edit: I edited this a million times lmao
Hey guys, welcome to my Kuki guide video comment. In this comment I am saying thank you Zy0x for releasing this guide. I want to keep this comment short, but I do want to let you guys know that we can watch most nights on Twitch, link in the description above. With that being said, I'll see you guys in the next one, peace.
Kind of worth noting that the hit from Shinobu C4 counts as elemental skill damage and if you happen to have the Key then you only need to stay on field for 1 tick if you also trigger the C4 hit, making it a lot easier to manage
Kuki is actually one of the best coop clam set users. A well built Kuki can reach max clam ticks every time with enough teammates nearby, and with constellations has 100% uptime on her E. She is the only healer who can consistently max tick clam set (in coop) with low effort. Around 31k dmg per tick with superconduct.
There Is another F2P option that is even easyer ti obtain the "DARCK IRON SWORD" It can be unloked by just talking to a NPC in Liyue and It provides 141EM ( Its a 3* weapon, and some people might hace used It as weapon XP) This weapon cant be refinned at the moment. And u can't obtain It more than one time un each account.
not sure if anyone said this, but the dark iron sword is actually pretty good for kuki! it’s a 3 star but at 90 it has 141 elemental mastery and the passive increases kukis attack upon causing an overload, superconduct, electro-charged, quicken, aggravate, hyperbloom, or electro infused swirl reaction !
Key of Khaj-Nisut is actually BiS for a C4 Kuki (E-auto-Eproc or E-auto-Q). My ~39,950hp Kuki gets at least 220 EM which is higher than the other swords. Bonus is that it gives EM to other party members. This build doesn't sacrifice healing either since it gives a hefty amount of HP and EM making your Kuki durable without much compromise to the hyperbloom damage it can deal. (Note: I don't recommend pulling for the Key though)
a little technique: she can get all 3 Key stacks in 1.5 seconds instead of 3 seconds if you have her C4, since the special projectile counts as skill DMG.
I’ve been a Kuki enjoyer since she came out, and I love to see the renaissance for her. It’s what she deserves. Looking forward to my hyperbloom squad with her and nahida! 🥰
you can get of a max 791 em from gilded dreams with goblet, timepiece and circlet em main stat. that is without the weapon, and substat from ur flower and feather. so, if your making a hyperbloom kuki the best artifact set is of course gilded dreams and weapon iron sting for f2p people. if you are to lazy to grind for kukis weapon, you can get a free sword that has em as main stat in liyue from chen the sharp. your kuki will be even better with constellations (if you can get some) the total with iron sting, gilded dream (all stacks), all em main stat on artifacts will equal up to 956 em, and with sucrose passive is 1006 em (you can get 1000 with substats on flower and feather if lucky enough if u dont have sucrose) thats my tip if you want as much em on kuki, although a hp goblet and er circlet could be better if not wanting to focus on em too much.
🌸😌It would be a revisit to a character whom was always great, but misunderstood by a meta two-steps behind HoYoVerse and without the tools to unlock her kit.😌🌸
You forgot Dark Iron sword, the 3 star weapon with 140 EM and with the effect that increases your attack when triggering electro related reactions which you get for free from a liyue merchant
what i did to my kuki to be the main Hyperbloom damage dealer is. Her having a 2pc Gilded Dreams and 2pc Wanderer. Then have a support (Beidou/AnyDendro) equip full Gilded. As Deepwood Memories 4pc set, it is also crucial to have it. as it reduces the dendro resistance as you apply them. You can expect to roughly 35k with this on c0 Kuki
Dont forget spread teams cos kuki is pretty good paired with Tighnari (mainly since I'm using slingshot in tighnari so I have to be close to enemy for optimal dmg)
I'm just learning my Kuki had an awesome glitch. When I used the skill burst it drained most of her health and healed the entire team. With the new update that's gone and I'm learning it was never supposed to be a thing. Now I wish I had a video of it. XD
My favorite hyperbloom team is this extremely budget friendly team with kuki, traveler, collei, and barbara. Stacks Kuki with EM (im currently still using 2pc gilded + 2pc wanderer), 4pc deepwood on traveler for dendro resistance shred, 4pc instructor on collei for an extra 120 EM, and barbara just use whatever with sacrifical fragment for somewhat permanent hydro application. With dendro resonance and the instructor set effect my kuki can get around 1.2k EM, and this can still go higher since she's still lv 79 with lv 80 iron sting with 1pc of 4star EM sands.
Really glad I leveled up Kuki prior to Dendro release and now I'm using her for my Ayato Hyperbloom team which is super good that helped me 36* abyss for the first time. My Kuki is only using 4pc Instructor set which is also good for her and she deals good damage and heal. Highly recommend her for Dendro teams
Recently tried Raiden EM hyperbloom and pleasantly enjoyed the playstyle. Next I watched Kuki hyperbloom and now I have lvl 90 Cookie with lvl 3 dark iron sword and just EM main stats artifacts not caring of the substats. Cleared level 12 spiral abyss with her. Late to the party but am so happy I chose to build her. Her E skill is so satisfying! Definitely a fresh change of team comps. Oh but definitely will try that Kuki Ayato comps afterwards. That looks sick.
I'm surprised he didn't talk about the Flower of Paradise Lost set. was it released after this video? All the guides I read online suggest this set over gilded dreams. (for hyperbloom team at least)
Dear Zy0x, All Shinobu guides I found on UA-cam explain what the best aggravate and what the best hyperbloom build for her is. In my case, though, I would love to switch her dendro teams, without farming different artifacts for her... I understand that the mentioned builds are the "optimal" ones but do you have a recommendation for a "hybrid" build or do you think a hyperbloom build could also work well in an aggravate team or the other way around, even if its not "perfect"? Thanks a lot! Kazu
While it is important to remember that the most important thing with the characters you use is that you enjoy playing them, if youre new and want some tips on how to improve your damage it would be advisable to remove pyro from your team altogether. If you used alhaitham as your main dps character, anyone geo, anemo or electro as a bonus slot that doesnt interrupt your dendro and electro reactions, a second dendro character who is using the deepwood memories set (for example dendro main character, collei, yaoyao or nahida if you have her and then finally kuki shinobu. Alternatively you could try a hyperbloom team with the same members except with a hydro like xingqiu or yelan if you have her as your second free slot. Again this is only a suggestion tho.
In terms of design, Kuki is in my top 5. I liked her from the very beginning and was using her, even before she became meta. Now I just get to have the satisfaction of seeing "waifu" become "meta" and the sense of self satisfaction is so satisfying. My main team has been kuki, kazuha, yelan, and lumine ever since sumeru launched and I can't get over how fun it is to play.
Black Iron Sword is a free three star sword with EM substats, a bit less than iron sting but if you don't want to use a billet that's actually a decent alternative.
black iron is ok yeah ! i just can't recommend leveling that vs iron sting for ur account esp since sting is also viable on other characters like Keqing
@@Zy0x Yo! Yeah that's fair, btw it seems we are gonna get a free EM weapon in 3.3 with 165 EM substat at lvl.90 (the same as iron sting) and the passive seems interesting, I guess a fine addition to our collections.
The key is really good even on em build ... about 30 more em than iron sting and give hp for more healing and transfers around 70 em to other characters
Actually the key is the BS for kuki giving her and teamates EM since it give huge hp substat + kuki assend with hp the EM she get from the key is more than any 4 star EM sword even on 3 em main stat and no hp substat with hp substats it can give more em than freedom . For the stack if you have c4 you can get all 3 of them in 1 combo e auto q . The c4 dmg count as skill dmg and give 1 stack . Hope it help
I've never been so happy that I C6ed Childe, so now he can run a hyperbloom team with no cooldown. Thanks for the video! I was wondering how to build Kuki hyperbloom team properly.
For my Hyperbloom I run Candace, Kuki, Collei, and Xingqui. Candace C4- main dps, heart of depths 4set and the missive windspear, Kuki C0- gilded dreams 4set full EM with iron sting, Collei C4- Deepwood 4set with sacrifical bow, Xingqui C6- Emblem 4set pure atk with sacrificial sword, I find that this team does solid with it being full melee, with collei only really using her E and Q then swapping out. Her dendro app with her passives and C4 actually isn't half bad... I just refuse to level MC lol. Candace infusion does get decent cleave if enemies are stacked up and she's tanky enough to just stand there swinging away making cores while kuki pops them. They can clear abyss just fine, and it's a lot of fun to play!
I always found the way you explain things really entertaining. There's a tone there like: High high high high, high high high, high high high low tone. But really great video in all seriousness.
I think mililith is actually just as valid as guilded dreams. 230 EM is nice, but 20%atk on 3 team mates is also really nice. Depends on how well your entire team scales with atk%
Kuki became my favorite 4 star since she was released. Prior to Dendro, I use her in electro-charge team with ToM for 100% uptime buff. But with Dendro, I use her for hyperbloom and enjoyed her playstyle more with gilded dreams. Will probably try ToM with triple EM to make her a hybrid hyperbloom trigger, healer, and an atk buffer, and EM buffer with Khaj Nisut. My favorite team with her is Ayato, DMC, and Albedo. Found myself playing this more than classic meta teams.
I can't recommend to pull for Key of Khaj Nisut since its so niche, but at the same time i can't help but to notice you can have a lot more EM on her with it if you can balance HP and EM on substats while buffing up your team a lot too. Also, i started to use Instructor set on my assists again; last time it was like a year and a half ago. Really glad i kept my best pieces of it :3
Well, I also can't help but notice how it skyrockets the DPS of Nilou's team, if you equip it on her :D. The weapon is honestly wee bit broken, just not versatile. It should also work well with Layla in melt teams. There is just the thing, where I kinda suspect Hoyo might release 4* or event sword with HP, for the sake of these characters, which would considerably lower the importance of Key, even for the characters which enjoy it the most.
@@AdamTuxTengler I'd very much like it to happen, tbh, we need more versatility in this regard; last batch of EM weapons were very nice, even tho they were limited gacha weps, which is always bad... I kinda doubt it will be an event weapon tho - something this limited gonna create a bad Albedo-like situation again. And Albedo's wepon is still niche as hell with its DEF substat; HP-based weapon won't be, a lot of characters can make a decent use of it, so locking it behind non-repeatable event is a very bad call >.
With you, can't actually recommend it unless you already pulled Nilou and/or really want the 4 stars (I have eyes on the Xiphos Evenstar). That said, particularly C4, it stacks fast, and big benefit, including team wide. And losing to Jade Cutter doesn't suck.
You really made it clear in this vidéo great job ! I do run the hyperbloom team, but one thing You missed to explain is juste the little formula for the dammage of the hyperbloom réaction. I know You credit another vid for that, but the formula is really easy and showing the numbers will surprise ppl ! Anyway thanks You for confirming the build i ve done with kuki 😊
I found her to be pretty efficient on a hybrid CRIT/HP/HP TOTM build as a aggravate support for my Yae, using tenacity with about 47k HP 50/150 crit and around 300 EM. I got spooked by the key so I run that weapon on her giving my team around 95 EM when I get the passive on as wel as healing and 20% attack from TOTM passive. She still can do decent burst damage (enough to kill trash mobs on abyss 12-1) while doing 4k healing ticks. Tried a full HP build and while it was fun seeing her wit 58k hp and doing big healing ticks, her crit was abysmal so her burst didn't do much damage.
Went with Ayato+DMC+Candace+Kuki (Kuki is running instructor set and does have the Key sword otherwise i'd be using R5 iron sting) This team setup is just.... fun. It feels like a fresh way to play. I like using the Instructor set to help buff Dendro Main Character as well, who is running Deepwood. Whilst this isn't the most amount of damage that i have seen my Ayato do (Previously had Ayato with Yunjin+Xingqiu+Ganyu/Anemo Character), I'm quite enjoying this Kuki team a lot
It should be Noted that the Key of Khaj-Nisut (Nilou's Weapon) Can End up giving more EM than any other Sword, even Freedom Sworn. While Listening to this guide I was Testing Out Kuki with this Sword (Unfinished But doesn't matter since I was testing it's Passive), And when at Full stacks (At Rank 1), it was giving Me 157 EM At 3 Stacks While she had 46-ish-K HP, and as I said, my Key isn't even Lv 90 yet so it's Missing a few HP Buffs... I also wasn't Fully Geared for either EM or HP, I Had 2 HP and 1 EM Artifact (Didn't Feel like Redoing Her Entire Set from before 3.0, so I Left her mostly with her HP set she had), and I was not using either Dendro or Hydro Resonance(More HP means more To convert to EM, it can change things). So if for Some Absurd Stroke of Luck, or you happen to breathe through a Blowhole, you can get this Sword High Ranked enough, It could actually give more than 300 EM on it's Own, Independent of other Factors if you have enough HP (Which IT will Help with)... For Comparison Freedom Sworn Gives 198. Oh and the Flaw he Mentioned about You Needing to Keep her On Field for Longer, it's not really applicable if you intend to use her Burst, just Slap her Skill get Close to something, Blast her Burst, by the time it's Done it will have Hit 3 times and Built up it's Buff, After that you just Need to refresh it before the Buff Expires every 20s and it'll Keep Stacking up, so After your First Rotation it's got a Permanent Uptime, at WORST. It should also be Noted that this Sword has a Secondary Effect that allows you to Increase the EM of the rest of your Party, which can come in handy if someone else accidentally Activates a Reaction, or if you just can't get to a Bloom Core that Still explodes and hits something. Oh and He didn't really Mention it, but Mona is actually pretty Great for Hydro Application for Bloom cores, Especially if you have her at C2, Which allows her Normal Attacks to occasionally Explode in a Charge attack which has an AoE for hitting multiple Enemies at once and Spawning several Dendro Cores. Then if you time it Right her Burst's Omen effect can boost Hyperbloom Damage for a Little while, since it Increases ALL damage the enemy Takes, including Reactions(Potentially Increasing a 30K Hyperbloom into a 45-50K Hyperbloom, Depending on Talent Level). Finally, Colei is actually better than most of these Guides Give her Credit for, Particularly With Relation to Kuki... The thing is what she does is Apply Dendro MUCH faster than the Traveller from Off Field With her Burst, The Only problem with her is that she doesn't have an Amazing Uptime on her Burst (Can go up to 9/15 Seconds(60% up time), as compared to Traveler's 15/20 seconds(75% uptime), so you need to switch to her more often to reapply, which is fine if you have a team with a shorter Rotation really. Also Notice how Colei's Rotation Matches up with Kuki's Reapplication of her Skill AND burst? Useful to know right?). But, this can be Kinda fixed with her First Ascension Passive, which though it has lots of Text, and is written a bit weird, it's Effect is pretty Simple: If you cause a Dendro Related Reaction While Her skill's Boomerang is Flying around, an effect will pop up that will Apply Dendro every Second around you For 3s, Which has the SAME AoE as Kuki's Skill, If you do a Second Reaction While the Boomerang is still flying, the effect will be Refreshed, If you have her at C2, Instead of being Refreshed, the Effect will be EXTENDED, Then if you do a 3rd Reaction it will Refresh as before C2 (Note that it just has to be a Dendro Reaction she doesn't Need to be Involved in it! if it's Taignari or Traveler that applied the reaction, while her boomerang is flying, it WILL Activate her Passive! Though lets face it, with her Dendro application speed, she probably WILL be involved in it)... Now considering her Boomerang Can take 4 Seconds to return to you, That Means that the uptime on this ability can be Upwards of 10s for the Skill's 12s cooldown, Giving you a Near Constant Field of Dendro application around your Active Character. As a bonus at C4 she Adds 60 EM to anyone inside her Burst for 12s, which Will Increase Kuki's Hyperbloom Damage if she walks in it during that time.
I got to Jade Cutters while pulling for Key of Khaj-Nisut. Gave one to Shinobu~ I'm enjoying her so much more built for Electro DMG over a 4 Tenacity set,
I thought of various Characters that could be useful with Kuki. That Being That Being Dendro Traveler (and Eventually Tighnari), Kazuha, Zhongli, Mona, and Tartaglia
i mean its fine tbh, people keep calling yae miko yae instead of miko too, and even if i know that miko is her given name i still cant get rid of the habit of calling her yae also isn't it interesting that they both have a given name that is akin to their occupation?
@@oscara8454 Do you call Kokomi "Sangonomiya", Itto "Arataki", Ayaka and Ayato "Kamisato"? You don't, right? If you call Shinobu "Kuki", why don't you call the other Inazuma characters by their family names?
@@JoyBoyAlter not much of mouthful compared Arataki and Kamisato. I call Yae Miko, Yae instead of Miko. It doesn't really matter too much because both are acceptable ways of referring to them. I also usually say their whole name when I refer to Kuki and Yae for whatever reason.
Kuki 🍪 + Dendro 🌱 = Stonks 📈
BTW: Key is also good in Hyperbloom! (just generally not recommended to pull for & less useful than Freedom Sworn)
I should've included that explanation in the Hyperbloom section as well, ty for pointing it out!

When kuki said stand with me at 25:46 and just stood there, truly a hyperbloom moment
One of the moments ever
She started morbin right there

From forcing Physical Kuki just because I really liked her to now actually clearing the Abyss with her. What a glow up
Then there's me who still uses her in a Eula team just for healing. I mean, she's technically 36 starring the Abyss xD
What’s your build? I love physical kuki
@@blackexcellence6092 4 piece pale flame though 2 pc attack and 2 physical damage works top :>

The fact that her healing can also scale off of EM is amazing. They defo built her kit with Dendro in mind
yess same with with miko where her kit also scales with EM

I'm so happy to be a Kuki main since her release, and to notice how she found a comfortable place in the meta after dendro. I was already using her before, but to now see her doing over 30k per seed is so satisfying, I'm so happy I picked and triple crowned her 🥺❤️
Wow that's so cool. I finally got her recently and I am wondering how you have yours built.
@@crocorobin2613 Thank you so much. Definitely looking to try her out once I have her built!
how'd you main her before dendro release? did you main her off-field or on-field? i'm just curious since kuki mains were a rare sight before dendro (and they still are quite rare)
Truly a father wrath moment
Bloom is the Elemental Reaction triggered by inflicting Dendro on a target that is already affected by Hydro or vice versa.
This reaction produces a Dendro Core, which stays on the field for up to 6 seconds, and has different effects based on if Pyro, Electro or neither is applied to it before its duration expires. Only 5 Dendro Cores can exist at a time, and producing more than 5 Dendro Cores will cause the oldest one to expire immediately.

i feel like people always forget about dark iron sword. it doesnt give as much em (141) and its passive isnt as good but it still works well for a hyperbloom team. i get about 28k hyperblooms with it. doesnt cost a billet, and its f2p friendly
Thanks for this information!
To add on, Iron Sting's passive doesnt work with Hyperbloom dmg, further bringing the 2 weapons closer
and it looks great on her
I use dark iron on mine and it works very well
The graphic at 16:59 was a pleasant surprise! Would love to see more in future guides (if feasible)!
The Dark Iron sword is also great with Kuki since it has an elemental mastery stat. It also looks great on her to boot.
I didnt have available fate for that new 4* xiphos so I use Dark Iron Sword. Works fine as you said.
i was searching for this comment! kazuha has my only r5 iron sting so i had to build the dark iron sword for kuki, it works just as fine!
I leveled this to 90 just for my Kuki. I just wish i was lucky enough to some constellations.
from the future with the new event em weapon 😭
I think its unfortunately only a one if a kind sword as of now. Its not a summonable sword to my knowledge. You got it from an npc i believe.
I'm hyped por nahida too, luckily I can get her guaranteed since I lost 50/50 on venti's banner
@@crocorobin2613 You too!

Hyperbloom as a reaction just feels so fun and easy to use and the Ayato and Kuki combo just synergizes so well
when I realized that hyperbloom is a transformative reaction that doesnt get influenced by crit substats, I tried to build my Kuki with almost 1k EM then paired with a hyperbloom team I saw on youtube, I was surprised how fast it cleared the abyss. I tweaked the lineup and now my go-to hyperbloom team consists of Kuki, Kazuha, Ayato, Dendro MC - aka OnlySwords
I think Sucrose is better than Kazu there tbh, especially C6
@@mrhotdog0262 im good with Kazuha, easier grouping + battery with fav sword. Ayato takes the field most of the time anyway

another good f2p weapon option for kuki (for those who lack enough sword billets) is the 3* dark iron sword - it has em stat, the passive gives atk boost to kuki after proccing electro reactions which is kina eh. you can get it from a liyue npc, that is if you haven't already taken and foddered it.
The fact that she's a healer and not also a sub DPS is crazy.. she allows you to go all out on the other slots ( especially if more dendro DPS gets released)
She's now one of the best characters for exploration, electro reaction + Healing.
I kill spectees within a blink of eye with my KAZUHA xiangling kuki suc or xingui or any dendro
What is ur artifact set for Kuki with this weapon and full EM or HP?
freedom sworn is still better for consistency imo...key is too copium and unusable on anyone else
You still go Full EM mainstats but you need to roll for HP substats to increase her EM even more
@@konfuzzzled imo, key is Kuki's Bis notwithstanding the fact that it is niche.

EDIT: Also, no Dark Iron Sword mention lmao
after sumeru she became one of my favorite characters, i love using her with ayato and dendro traveler, it's so fun!!!1!1
Same! Even with the team. 😂
who to substitute for ayato? i don’t have him :( will xingqiu do?
@@henrymorales9584 Yep the ICD doesn't change in with any infusion.
@@henrymorales9584 actually you are right , but there is more to it , just give it a try and you'll see what I mean , it's not ICD issue .
I've never regretted building her when she came out. She's my favourite healer and I have her on c6. She doesn't leave most of my team comps
I really like the new editing style, the length, girth, size of the video is great, I could listen to your smooth voice all day while you lament
This is why I never regretted building her since I got her. I always knew she will be good soon.
I didnt care if she got good. I just like her animations and look. She cool
I just need people to know that, for science, I threw a C6 Kuki off the top of Jade Chamber to hurtle to what would surely be instant death upon hitting the ground (no plunging to just falling).
And she survived. 1 HP and still standing. God I love her!
Such a calm and well mannered content creator. Surely his streams are like this too 😌😂
It’s almost like he didn’t deep throat a mic last night 😅
"Key of Khaj Nisut" is very good for kuki as it gives both lot of HP% and EM
I used it on my kuki who is running 4p tenacity with triple EM
her EM goes above 1000 even without running any em base set like gilded/wanderers
AGGRAVATE doesn't really need fast application so burst + hydro is better for enemies that move but if they don't move burst + electro should be better since traveller will spread more
As for BLOOM personally burst + electro is better cuz bloom has a hard time making bloom seeds
I might be wrong
@@sephirian688 that's actually makes sense but it'll still hit the enemy since we're supposed to be close to the enemy right?it's better to have hydro on opponent then get a core near you so kuki can hyperbloom instead of making a bloom far away (+ the enemy gonna run towards you + the seeds can't explode if it's hyperbloom)

I can't wait to see how she'll work with Nahida!!
I literally just started building Kuki last week because of Nahida.
Mc is actually very good but yeah if u pull nahida You re allowed to not start building mc ahah
I hope i helped :)
not sure if anyone said this, but the dark iron sword is actually pretty good for kuki! it’s a 3 star but at 90 it has 141 elemental mastery and the passive increases kukis attack upon causing an overload, superconduct, electro-charged, quicken, aggravate, hyperbloom, or electro infused swirl reaction !
I honestly love her damage with cyno as well, esp if you don’t stick around for the last end seer
I keep running her with Dark Iron Sword just 'cause it looks good on her and works well enough. There's no sweaty content coming anyway.

what i did to my kuki to be the main Hyperbloom damage dealer is.
My cyno and my kokomi wants to say. ”Thank you Zy0x for making this guide and Xiao is defenently not short”.
Dear Zy0x,
All Shinobu guides I found on UA-cam explain what the best aggravate and what the best hyperbloom build for her is.
Kazu
I'm still really new to this game I just got her and she's made a huge difference in my dps. Been running deyha alhaithum kuki and yanfei
Again this is only a suggestion tho.
i cleared 36* abbys with just level 80 kuki , level 80 sucrose , xingqiu and DMC. she is really good ...i will max her out soon
The dark iron sword seems good enough, plus it looks great on her!
Loving the longer videos! Give people more insight on the character and their teams.
Kuki is lately the best four star released. Mhy finally released a closely xingqiu-tier four star after sooo long.
Kinda true. Her kit makes sense now. Also heizou is good but I haven't seen anyone use him in abyss but he does good damage
8:45 Says the one who used fragiles to get an em piece KEKW
Actually the key is the BS for kuki giving her and teamates EM
since it give huge hp substat + kuki assend with hp the EM she get from the key is more than any 4 star EM sword even on 3 em main stat and no hp substat
with hp substats it can give more em than freedom .
Ayato Fischl Kuki Nahida in the first phase of spiral abyss is so good. Balanced between aoe and single target damage.
Currently building her and she just made Nahida so much more fun to play.
I plan on using her with keqing, nahida and kazuha. Currently in love with aggravate
I really wish you made this when Cyno's banner was around, as I was using Kuki when I got her up until now.
Just started using her with Nahida and Childe. She isn’t even properly built, but omg the damage.
For my Hyperbloom I run Candace, Kuki, Collei, and Xingqui.
Candace C4- main dps, heart of depths 4set and the missive windspear,
Kuki C0- gilded dreams 4set full EM with iron sting,
Collei C4- Deepwood 4set with sacrifical bow,
Xingqui C6- Emblem 4set pure atk with sacrificial sword,
I find that this team does solid with it being full melee, with collei only really using her E and Q then swapping out.
I just got Kuki so your video really help me build her
I always found the way you explain things really entertaining.
I became interested after seeing a fun video featuring her with the Clam set, so it was pleasing to pull her in standard. One day!
i just finishes raising her artifacts and farming naku weed omg she's so pretty I'm glad her kit is god tier now with dendro
All the extra details and information is greatly appreciated!
Using full EM cookie burst on pyro infused Venti burst can be pretty satisfying in overworld or farming domains. Probably a bit cope in abyss tho...
And losing to Jade Cutter doesn't suck.
what's inside you today, mr Zy0x? you seem to be calm, collected, charismatic, and just great tbh. i hope it's alhaitam.
loved kuki since release and her hyperbloom is literally CARRYING me rn through abyss. i just got xingqiu and it's all working perfectly
Kuki became my main dmg dealer now with Dendro mc, Xq, Kazuha hahahah currently dealing 30k+ per seed!
Nice video! Been waiting for a good excuse to use Kuki more!
I got two paddles from the weapon banner. Kuki and Layla, assume the position.
I love these guides. Thats why i watch you. so detailed, so organized thanks man.

Meanwhile me noticing the teamname: "I agree Xiao is huge"
What time is the stream tomorrow Mr. Socks?
Gave one to Shinobu~ I'm enjoying her so much more built for Electro DMG over a 4 Tenacity set,
TY finally decided to use kuki because I need an electro healer for dendro teams!
I thought of various Characters that could be useful with Kuki. That Being That Being Dendro Traveler (and Eventually Tighnari), Kazuha, Zhongli, Mona, and Tartaglia
Her given name is still Shinobu, people. Kuki is her family name
i mean its fine tbh, people keep calling yae miko yae instead of miko too, and even if i know that miko is her given name i still cant get rid of the habit of calling her yae
also isn't it interesting that they both have a given name that is akin to their occupation?
Does it matter?

@@oscara8454 Do you call Kokomi "Sangonomiya", Itto "Arataki", Ayaka and Ayato "Kamisato"? You don't, right? If you call Shinobu "Kuki", why don't you call the other Inazuma characters by their family names?
@@JoyBoyAlter not much of mouthful compared Arataki and Kamisato. I call Yae Miko, Yae instead of Miko.
It doesn't really matter too much because both are acceptable ways of referring to them. I also usually say their whole name when I refer to Kuki and Yae for whatever reason.
Yo, you missed it: the Key is SO good on Kuki. And the EM boosts hers as well as the teams!
