Whether Biden is using a teleprompter or not, isn't important. At least HE knows how to read. What DOES matter is what he CURRENTLY stands for and what he CURRENTLY is trying to make happen and HAS already made happen during his administration.

Trump should use a teleprompter, maybe then HE could stay on track and speak on policies and not just his off the walls nonsensical anecdotes.
All a teleprompter is, are your notes written on screen, making it far easier to stay on track and make all your points without forgetting anything.
It is far better than looking up and down from index cards stacked up on a podium. It is also far better than constantly getting off track. Trump should try it more often. 😉👌
