As I can see from past posts, some of the years are wrong. You had me convinced until I saw that 1951 shot, which is in fact 1972, with 'The Godfather' playing at that movie theater. That 1977 shot is 1982; I can see 'TRON' and 'Blade Runner' on those theater marquis to the right.
as others point out there is an ad for 1938 Chevrolet for for the shot marked '31 and the white clad Allied Chemical redesign of the NY Times tower is from the sixties and not early fifties.
These are horribly wrong. If you are going to show the passage of time, show the same end of the street as it changes and get the photos with the correct dates. Very poor video!
So many mistakes. Take this video down and redo. The “1951” photo features an ad for The Godfather. Your “1991” photo features an ad for the Broadway production of The Lion King. The animated version didn’t even come out until 1994.

Almost all dates are wrong. I clearly can see wehicles from 70s on the photo from 1951. The Chevrolet 1938 billboard on the photo of 1931. And so on.
