I can think of no better way to spend fifty minutes or so than catching up with JJ and POC. Very therapeutic in these mad times. Thank you.

Any day on 2 wheels, especially a vintage version, gives life a little extra joy. Watch out for those potholes!!

I don't normally comment on youtube video's, as I watch them on my 48" TV due to my poor, close up, eye sight, and there's no facility for commenting. However Johnathan, I have come on via a laptop especially to say to you, what an Absolute Pleasure it is accompanying you on your layback rides complete with "The Throb" and banter. I'm a 74yr old, frustrated, 'Born Again Biker ' myself, ... who is in the process of, shall we say, Tarting up my recently acquired 27yr old 350 Bullet. Unlike you, ... I have neither the finances nor real estate for anything older, my 850cc day's are over. But the exhaust note of the Enfield single is going to be good enough for me I'm hoping. If not, I shall sell up, hang up my spur's, and just continue riding on your virtual lap! Many thank's for the pleasure you give!

Thank you M00nscaping. We are both just sharing our enjoyment of motorcycles and the friends we make through our interest. I am of a similar vintage to you and most of my motorcycles were bought long ago, cheaply in today's terms. Enjoy your Bullet in the workshop and on the road.

Brilliant videos so enjoyable to watch. Not ex GPO brown driving gloves are they? I always used these myself.

I love these videos, its not just the bikes that come from another age, it feels like the calm, tranquility and kindness of the people do a bit too. I've got a soft spot for Panthers, although my bike's a BSA ex WD M20.. keep making the videos. they are a tonic!!! all best from peter

Another wonderful video from the camera and editing suite of JJ. I already knew of the meticulous capabilities of JJ but the video taught me some things about myself and my M35 Panther. One is that the exhausts and engine of the M35 sound wonderful, perhaps reminiscent of the TT recordings by Stanley Schofield from 50 years or more ago, but maybe not all bystanders will agree. It shows that I can use less two-stroke oil and thus save money and reduce the smokescreen which I/we generate. It demonstrated my impatience which I have always had but as I am nearly the same age as JJ I think will never leave me - yet another flaw in my character. It also shows that I miss the wonderful experience of riding a Panther Sloper. Will I have another go at riding my M120 even though I find it physically too demanding? Certainly. I just have to. GG

Ah. The Railway Arms, North Elmham. Sunk many a pint there in the 70's while living close by. As usual, engaging video Jonathan, with none of the 'whasup Boys and Girls' and other bothersome drivel sadly so common on motorcycle videos. Sorry to hear about your broken spring. Just replaced all four on my VW Golf Wagon for exactly the same reason. Stay well. Nick

Lovely video - almost as good as being out on the road. You were very much on my patch - If you see a chap in a hi-viz out on an Ariel next time you're in Norfolk, stop and say hello!

You made my day with this relaxing video, must pleasant sound of the Panther, if I would take it for a ride, It would be very hard to get off at sunset.

Thanks Alfredo. No need to stop riding at sunset. Six volt lights are adequate at Panther speeds.

Your sartorial blunder reminded me of Stanley Holloway's brilliant monologue "Brawn boots". Yours are almost as good, just missing a bit of singing, but I guess you let the Panther speak to that.

At school I was encouraged to sing, in later years I had requests not to do so. Just another of life's little mysteries Wayne.

Certainly will forgive the mismatched PPE, for the following reasons
    1. I wear a brown leather jacket & black gloves
    2. You have all four heads lined up on the handlebar clamp, perfect

Except you don't know how much ethanol is in the mix. Here in Australia, they put up to 30% and people wondered why their cars had lost power. Good luck.

A slightly younger vintage, petrol was ten bob a gallon (50 newish pence) when I started riding. Including a squirt of 2-stroke from one of those forecourt dispensers that have disappeared down the memory hole. This got me to a pub where the fanciest lager in a fancy hotel - I had aspirations in those days but very little taste - was 25p.

i remember when the cider was the same price -a quid a gallon or thereabouts
wonderful relaxed video -- tis enthusing me -- just need a garage!
then the bike --last one i had was a 750 Laverda I rode back from Italy with in the late 70s
(oh there was a Yamaha 750 Seca but I smashed that up /repaired & sold it, and hung up my helmet 4 an old saab ragtop which is surprisingly good fun
but this sort of biking is what I need
      few cars
      nice roads
but will I be able to kick the bike over, put it on its centre stand, endure an hour bouncing around?
sounds like a grand way to keep fit
shame i couldn't take the woof -- used to with an old sidecar setup i had moons ago (BSA M21)
      thx 4 posting the video
as kevin ayers once said "Thank you very much" (the stranger in blue suede shoes)

It absorbs water until the water drops out. Rust and problems with constant use. Occasional use probably not a problem.
