Thanks. I got a couple of these type machines now. Main floor and one in the basement in the bar. They really do work well, the bullet ice cubes cool a drink down much better than refrigerator cubes. Years ago, before parties, I'd start making ice 2 weeks in advance in the freezer. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore, these produce plenty of ice. If you have ice on hand already, you can put ice in with the water to make the water super cold to start with, and the ice cubes it forms will be much fuller right off the bat. Otherwise, with just the coldest tap water I could get, you saw the results after just an hour. I don't know how I used to live without these machines.
I have that model. How do I open the Back Top Panel? The manual shows it open but does not show how to open it. I have seen it open on other videos as well but was not shown how to open it. I don't want to force it open and risk breaking it. Can you please help me? Thank you.
It's easy. Open the top lid. Reach in and pull up just past where the lid hinges, you're sort of grabbing the top of the whole machine, and just pull up. It will unsnap and hinge open.

I bought this exact model today and I was told that after taking out of the box to let it set for 24 hours before using it, don’t know why but ok, Also how much water does it need for self cleaning ? I have it on my kitchen table but not sure if that would be ok as I don’t have enough space on countertops. Thanks for sharing
Any refrigeration system needs to be upright for several, if not 24 hours to get back to normal. Otherwise, compressor oil will ruin the compressor. Water for self cleaning, at least 1 liter.
