India to Nepal by road । Gorakhpur to Kathmandu via sonauli border । Nepal Road Trip

I am from Nepal & journey of Nepal to India & India to Nepal from this border & I am asking you one thing If We carry our Passport & If We want to do stamp exit & entry in our Passport is it possible and We get stamp in our Passport in choice?? Please tell me about this things!! If I go to India from this Border I want to get stamp in My Nepali Passport to go India by this Border & I want to do stamp from Belahiya Nepal immigration & Sonauli Indian immigration. They will easily stamp in My Passport or not?? If I want to do stamp?? If I tell to them I am travel passionate & I want to stamp My Passport and go to India from land border in My choice I love to collect stamp of exit and entry from immigration offices to go India?? Then officers will do stamp in My Passport or not?? By politely request to them??
