If I was managing Biden's campaign, I would have delayed the debate for a week. He has a cold and his voice was raspy and difficult to understand due to traveling and the stress involved. He needed to slow down and not be so detailed in his answers. It was a concern because people will take it negatively no matter the explanation.

If I was managing Biden's campaign, I would have delayed the debate for a week. He has a cold and his voice was raspy and difficult to understand due to traveling and the stress involved. He needed to slow down and not be so detailed in his answers. It was a concern because people will take it negatively no matter the explanation.
