Should of assigned someone or a few to do 1 thing and dont fuck with anything else. if you want a tank built or plane, you ask the production guy to do it. Ive played a germany game with 8 other people and thats how it made it playable.

You should remove one of your teammates off of Frontline Command, and put them in near total or total control of the Homefront, (production, infrastructure, maybe spies?, politics) This does not mean it makes this person the Leader of the group or more authority than the other four. The benefits are not just that everyone else can add more attention to their respective battles, but in another view, the one in charge of the whole economy has also found themself trying to figure out where to provide more reasources to, to find and prioritize crutial battles.
