the sounds are just awesome, it's incredible what they did with this game, i use to play lots of servers on MTA and the dedication there... they can turn GTA SA into anything and that's wonderful!

PS The Unreal Engine GTA Trilogy is garbage and a pure disrespect both to the legacy of the originals and their dev teams.
I think it's cool that they use in-universe vehicles for the police, I feel like that's more creative and immersive than just copy-pasting NFS vehicles
Whenever you hear the car at it’s full speed or when it boost for some reason it seems way more faster and I feel the rush more. It’s probably because of the sound the car makes which is awesome but blows my mind that this is still San Andreas. P.S i love that the cops are the late 80s/90s corvette banshe from vice city

It is most likely due to lack of updates, a pretty arguable grinding (for me, it is painful to start today because you'll barely see new players so you'll mostly race with the high level players that are skilled leaving new people no chance to win), and much more
This is not a standalone mod, it's a MTA server (Multi Theft Auto, something like SAMP but more advanced). And im not a developer there, so I have no idea how they did this, sorry
