I'm after a better male ralts too, actually feels weird that I don't have the hundo yet 😅 But yeah plenty chances for a good iv shiny that day and we can get the move as well... as useful as that is 😬
Yeah nah bro the RNG (Random Number Generator) in this game sucks for some accounts on days like this... a shundo is good but 50 raids+ and only 1 shiny gummon... When the snorlax with the Jacket come out, my partner acc got her shiny snorlax on the 22 raid... I had to do like 68-70+ before I got mine and it was on my last remote raid I did out of the country on a invite I got... niantic really needs to fix this especially when rates are boosted
Rng is hella weird, but looks to work differently from what everyone thinks it does. To me it more feels like rng determines each 'accounts' shiny rate and that rerolls for every event. Explains why some events you'll get the new shiny within a day or two, and others you might not get the new shiny at all despite playing harder than you ever have 🤦♂️ Only way to know if you have a decent rate for itself is to play.... and hope. Do bad this event and then the next event the game will rope you back in by giving you early shinies again. Last rocket rotation, well over 300 rocket leaders completed and I got 0 shiny. Rocket leader shiny rate: 1 in 64
@@Tagman50 Completely agree with this & this is the reason why I don't chase non-rare shinies because whatever I'm chasing shiny wise always come back at some stage re-rolling my chances to get whatever within the first 10-20 raids saving me money & resources because our country is so cheap atm lol... but for rare weekend event shinies like the snorlax where there is also alot more to raid like tox, palkia & dia, I feel that the RNG need to be lowered (1 in 30 for a shiny or something) to make the event more fun for all, simply because what am I going to do with 70+ non shiny snorlax because of the RNG... it makes you/players feel robbed bro... just saying lol

yup rng can suck, 80+ snorlax with jacket and no shiny, had to trade for it😢
