so why not just say both death and non-death are the same exact timelines? What about non-death SAE from investigator to sponsor? are these total days or business days? Is it from event or being aware of event?

Could you please tell why SAE are reported in 15 days to regulatory authority .. why not in day 13 or more than day 15
