They have completely messed up the fore and aft weight balance on just about every hull, except battleships, with 1.6. I went to build a 850 ton Destroyer I in a US campaign. I tried my usual design, with two guns and a small barbette on the raised section of the bow, then another barbette, two guns, and a torp launcher aft - the weight balance was so bow heavy it was laughable - the only way I managed to get a reasonable weight balance, was to slide back the main tower, install a tall barbette between the main tower and the raised bow section, and put just one gun all the way at the rear of the raised bow section.
