Why do you translate "keep" --> "obey"? None obeys the commandments of God, but are short of His Glory. But one can choose to keep or disregard the commandments. Martin Luther states that the greatest service of God is to listen His Word. We receive the grace through faith and faith comes from hearing of the Word of God. Yea man. Emotions, experiences, knowledge, nor discipline can save us, only loving and believing in Christ can. All those things I mentioned are used by God to draw us closer. He knows us :)
Thankfully I got to attend Asbury two days (14 hours) of heavenly worship. People of all ages continually went forward repenting as the body of Christ worshipped. While I was there I received more boldness and a fire to share the gospel like none other time. Thank you Jesus for all you have done and are doing!🔥
"the body of Christ worshipped"! In the period of grace we have the Body of Christ. That is a heavenly calling. When the Body of Christ is removed the Bride of the Lamb will show up and the law will continue.
Amen beautiful testimony. At Asbury, we saw what was going on in the book of Acts. People gathered together in worship & in waiting on the Holy Spirit & in spending time in his presence. Many have condemned it, but that's not wrong. Its scriptural. Anything can happen in such an atmosphere. Now a month later, revival is spreading across the US. This is a beautiful movement & it is of God 🙂

I spoke with a Returning Visitor to the AR. I said, if it is a Revival of the Soul(s), of God, Then We Should See It Pour Out Into The Streets, at the Same Fervor as auntifa & BLMarxists.
Worship is a turning from sin, it is to say something is worthy of our praise and our devotion. But music and emotions and so on are not revival, when we see revival it is accompanied with the word of God,the truth, the conviction of sin and a turning, then comes the praise. But if we are talking about a feeling, we'll C S Lewis put it best ...any bottle of Port can give you a good feeling.
I believe the Lord can use both. It’s not up to us to save that person. It is up to the Holy Spirit to convicted someone heart. Either way we need to pray for the ones that are coming to him. And obey by going out and speaking God’s words or giving tracts and praying for each individual we talk to. The Holy Spirit will drawn them to the Lord by his Convicting love. This is what happened to me over 51 years ago. @@KikatzuMusik John 14:21 Jesus speaks of manifesting Himself to those who love Him and keep His commandments. There’s a difference between His omnipresence and His manifest presence. When Solomon dedicated the temple, the glory of God came and the people could barely stand. Do we live by feelings alone? No. But His manifest presence is a real experience of Christianity. It shouldn’t be thrown out. I’ve been in services when His presence was tangible.
Usually in the scriptures the presence of God produced fear in all people after which they begin to worship Him in holiness. Just read the book of Acts read the consecration of the temple and the sacrifices in exodus, kings, chronicles, etc.
Also King David says this about God's presence; 👇 "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in THY PRESENCE İS FULNESS OF JOY; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore." -Psalm 16:11 📖 This goes together perfectly with what Paul said about the "Kingdom of Heaven which is joy peace and righteousness in the Holy Ghost". -Romans 14:17 📖 Jesus says the same thing -Matthew 6:33 📖 "For the joy set before him he endured the cross" -Hebrews 12:2
@@Migler1 The repent of your sins to be saved / and trust Christ gospel. Ray Comfort talks grace through faith, not of works, then immediately puts conditions on it. Jonah 3:10 calls turning from sins, "works." "And God saw their (works) that they turned from their wicked way and God repented of the evil that He would do unto them and He did it not." The Ninevites were saved from physical destruction, nothing to do with eternal life at all. God repented more about 35 times. If repent always means "of your sins," then God is a sinner. Repentance of sins is law keeping and is a lifetime of works and has never saved anyone or contributed in any way to salvation. Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ (alone) for salvation. How can you possibly trust Christ alone for salvation when you are also trusting in your performance ( repenting of sins / obedience )? You absolutely can't. Mathew 7:21-23 actually describes the fate of the faith plus works equals salvation crowd.

Thank you Ray. When there's a move of God there should be repentance talking place, and if people repented they are moved to go out and witness of what the Lord has done
Evangelism is one of the greatest acts of worship a Christian can undertake. We cannot avoid ascribing worth to the Lord when we evangelise and his worth & glory is the main motivation to reach the lost. To see his mighty hand laid bare in the conversion of needy souls is a most God glorifying event and personally edifying for any Christian that sees or hears about it.
Exactly this. There has never been any greater joy and peace after my own experience of His salvation than to tell others. All else falls short but I've seen the church trying to instigate/initiate joy through every other means imaginable. They are generally terrified once they leave the upper room - and have confessed so. I don't know. I really don't know. Why are people so timid and fearful once out in the world? Could it be that this Jesus people worship, the one we all crucified, is not known? Known of but not known?
I agree with Ray that when it's a real wave of GOD it will cause us to go out and evangelize. However, it doesn't take away that when the disciples did get filled with the Holy Spirit and then went out to evangelize, they didn't stop doing what they did to get what they got. They CONTINUED together in prayer again and the whole place was shaken. When it's anointed , it's not just a "feeling" you get because the music is good, it's litterally GOD manifesting His presence and as a result your being reacts to His presence. Some may get healed during worship, others may receive a vision from God during worship, some may weep actually experiencing the holiness of God. Even unsaved people can come in and experience His presence and thus repent and turn to Him even during worship.
His heart is also for strengthening believers. So why can't a revival be about "reviving" believers through strengthening them, encouraging them, convicting them, generating repentance in them and producing joy in them?
read your Bible daily, pray to the Lord daily, encourage one another.. 43 Bible Verses About Strength (KJV) Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand ...
The revival is in you. Only God can revive your spirit back to Him. And as Ray mentioned not only should the preaching of the gospel, go outside the church doors, but deliverance as well.
Well, the gospel was preached, people were worshiping with modest simple worship music, people were praying, confessing sins to God (and each other) and sharing testimonies. I heard a testimony from close family friends that attended ausbury for the revival and it touched and inspired my personal faith and relationship with God. People are moving out! There will be some who fall or stumble after the revival, but this event was the work of God used to plant seeds or/and water to refresh and revive a suffocating generation. The christian walk is not a perfect one, I hate the facade that Christians needs to perfectly obey to be loved by God, but we as people are adored by our creator no matter what we do, even though he hates our sin. Grace is not an excuse to do whatever like Paul states in Romans 6. Obedience is beautiful. Better to intercede for our Brothers and sisters in Christ for a strengthened holistic faith than to point in quick judgement. Observation and critical thinking is great, however casting speedy judgments creates a doorway to hypocrisy and cynicism. I try to tread lightly, idk if anyone is reading. I guess i am processing everything as well. Being close to my creator is my true identity and the very reason i was created; to walk in the cool of the day with Jesus!
Ray, I love your ministry - you are such a great communicator and you have taught me so much about how to reach the lost. But I feel it is not right to say "let us not get too caught up in worship." Yes, we have eternity to worship God, but He is also worthy of my worship now. I believe I am better able to represent God when I have been spending time in His presence. And when real revival breaks out, the lost will surely come to find salvation. First commandment first 🙂
Good point, time with the Lord first and that inspires us to go out. Ray does that in his quiet time reading the word each day, others get that in a corporate worship setting.
Ty Mr Comfort. We started our Christian walk in a name it and claim it church. The Lord helped us discern that this was not the True Gospel. Thank you for sharing The Truth with all those who will listen. Gods Peace and Blessings and Protection to you, your family, and your team
This is the BEST take on the so-called “revival” that I have heard, to date. That is a very interesting observation about what the angel said to the disciples, “Why do you stay here gazing into heaven?” We all want to have those mountaintop experiences like the Transfiguration but Jesus wants us down in the valley amongst the demon-possessed.
Right there at Asbury, people are coming to the altar praying to receive forgiveness. There are people being prayed for to receive the Holy Spirit. The product or fruit will be seen in latter days. But I think it's a waste of time to sit on the fence just to observe.
Church needs reviving so it can move out to save the lost. Has to start with believers. I think its the beginning and following the natural course. Believers. Then calling home who strayed then the unbelievers. I heard someone say that was the course of revival and it made sense to me. I listen to Ray a lot. He's taught me much. Amazing anointing. God is good.
Amen! I agree. We have become stagnant in the church in many ways that we want to just sing in church but not do the work of evangelism. We have spent too much time in our feelings. Worship time has become just about our feelings. I am guilty of this too. Its time to wake up! Get some gospel tracts, pass them out or leave them in places for ppl to find. Make snack bags with tracts in them to leave at your door for delivery drivers with a small sign that say "Thanks for the delivery, please have a snack bag". Give them out at store pickups. Leave them with your tip or in the bathroom. If all Christians did this think how many ppl we could reach for the Lord. And you don't have to say anything. But be ready and prayerful about what to say if given the opportunity to share the Gospel with someone. The time is short. Let's get busy about the Lords business!
Sorry tracks just don’t work. Scaring people into following a Jesus defeats the purpose of being sincere. I would rather follow Jesus because of how beautiful and loving he is. Not scaring someone into believing
@@Jerrymc1975 Luke 12:4 “Dear friends, don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot do any more to you after that. 5 But I’ll tell you whom to fear. Fear God, who has the power to kill you and then throw you into hell. Yes, he’s the one to fear.
@@Jerrymc1975 A friend of my mom came to the faith because of a track. So.. I don't know why you think it is a waste of time, but that is not true. And about the second aspect of what you just said: as several perosn told you: if you come to the Lord because you see how beautiful the nature is, that is wonderful, good for you. But most people come to the faith because they know they are in great danger and that they believe god is a loving God, and also one that will judge them (when the true gospel is preached at least... sadly in our christian culture more and more people heard a false gospel speaking about the loving God, getting rid of his justice, his wrath, why he came and he high price he had to pay for us.) Speaking about the wrath of God that is cmoing to this earth is a good way to warn people. But it is surely easier to speak about how much God loves us (and that.. won't bring anyone to christ btw. You cna say to as many people "god loves you", most of the time there will be like "oh, ok, great! ". When john the baptist talked to the masses, he was saying very uncomfortable things, such as: repent, the same is near. Which means, you're a sinner and if you don't repent and come to the lord, you'll die in your sins). That's very offensive, and that is why people were trying to kill them most of the time. Which finally happened. The gospel will always be offensive, because telling to people that there is only one way is not acceptable by many. But sharing the gospel is not about us being comfortable, its about obeying christ.
I’m so glad to hear Ray say that he’s seldom ‘’felt’’ the presence of God! I have often wondered why people would leave church rubbing their arms and saying, ‘’I got goosebumps in the presence of the Lord!’’-and yet I felt NOTHING! I would wonder, ‘’Is something wrong with me that I can’t feel His presence? Or is it them?’’ Pretty much inclined now to think it wasn’t me after all!
I just have a question? Have you ever felt the presence of God? I can tell you when the HolySpirit speaks to you personally and when the HolySpirit comes unexpectedly and he lets you feel His presence that is in the room. You will stand in Awe of Him. Words can't express how wonderful His presence is. There is nothing like the presence of God. You can ask him to come and let you feel his presence. Get alone with God and seek Him and ask Him to come to you! He comes on His timing and not our own. Keep praying, keep praising His Name, keep reading His Word. Ask him to bring his Word alive to you! Our Relationship with Jesus can grow and grow! No one can tell when or where He will come! No one controls the HolySpirit! Jesus is always with us. And yes, we may not feel his presence strongly all the time. And we do walk by faith. But I tell you I hunger and thirst after righteousness. I hunger for him to come and fill my cup to over-flowing. Let the HolySpirit lead us on this path. Keep eyes on Jesus and be listening for his voice when he speaks. And be looking for him each day to come whether through his Word, through a stranger, through an angel or when praying in a prayer group, and especially the along time with him. We are to Praise Jesus! Give him Glory due unto His Name! JESUS IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED! May you have a Blessed day!
I think that we or the ministers need to focus on preaching true discipleship too, because in the event a believer can't feel God they need to be taught that He's still there like Pastor Ray comfort said. We need to preach the true gospel of our Lord Christ line upon line precept upon precept. Preach Christ and Him crucified. May Christ have mercy on all and may Hevbless us all continually.
This is me too. When I see stuff like that or hear of people speaking in tongues it just looks like a cult to me. I’ve witnessed a sign from God for a question that deeply troubled me, but I’ve never felt this level of emotional investment I hear others talk about.
@DeannaLindsey, yes, i have definitely felt the presence of the Lord on multiple occasions, and I seek Him daily in His Word and prayer. I’m Spirit filled and know the joy of His presence. What I meant to be saying above is that I’ve often heard people talking about getting goosebumps and ‘’feeling the presence of the Lord’’ in services where I felt nothing. I understood Ray to be saying that the presence of the Lord isn’t always about FEELING, but it is about FAITH. There are certainly times of feeling His presence, and I praise Him for that, but when I don’t feel His presence, that doesn’t mean I’m spiritually out of touch. I’m glad there are others who recognize that, as well. It’s an encouragement to me.
Ray Comfort u are one of the best out there no question about it. We can not be afraid to speak/preach the truth, especially if it hurts. Thank you for this interview and for what you guys do, may God continue to move and work in your heart. God bless you all and stay faithful and strong. All glory to Almighty God 💯💯.
Repentance is an everyday thing. Salvation does not require perfect living. Paul describes his own problems with sin. You will struggle with sin until you depart but be assured that Jesus died for every sin you would ever commit. When you are aware of sin in your life bring it to the Lord. Confess it and ask for help. He's got you.
I don't have to pray, I know, the Lord told me to pray for protection over this Outpouring, it would seem it needs to be protected from other so-called Christians, from the slander, unfounded accusations, and curses coming from many who should know better. "The power of death and life is in the tongue." God set before us life and death, blessing and cursing and told us to choose life.
@Donna Leveron what does it mean, God set before us life and death, blessing and cursing, chose life ? How did God give that command and how do you know you are choosing life, blessing or cursing?
Amen & Thank you Father God Yahweh ✝️ 🛐 and Pastor Ray Comfort. Matthew 9:38 Pray ye, therefore, therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest.
Ray even though I agree with your heart for the lost. The Lord is working on each of his children, to share the gospel is a outcome of being a vessel of Gods grace and a way to show from within our thankfulness. But to say that for worshipers to achieve an extasis the same as people does in a rock concert, it's not at all right. To say something like that is a huge mistake. The manifested Presence of God among his children has nothing at all to be compare with, only someone who has never experience a touch from heaven (a moment of eternity) will say there is comparables. Be careful! "Better is one day in your courts, that thousand elsewhere " -Psalm 84 It's in the Presence of the Lord we receive the empowerment by his Holy Spirit (not an extasis) to go out. We have nothing without Him.
I Pray that God be pleased to grant us Revivals so deep and thorough that lives a changed and thousands of unbelievers are saved. Churches in every country need it badly. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen
You absolutely cannot get the same feeling from a rock concert as from genuinely worshipping God in spirit and in truth. I have had a strong appreciation for music all my life, listened to and played music most my life, and it has never held a candle to worshipping the Lord; nowhere near it. I pray Ray is worshipping the same God, in spirit and in truth.
I've been in God's presence twice in my life. During the vision, God's greatness crammed me into a corner in my conscious mind just to show me something. The second, I stroked out and gave up living while on my back, and the Voice of God spoke "It's not your time. GET UP!" (...not loud, but emphasized) I immediately crawled home three blocks. It took an hour. We are unto God as loved ants, immeasurably insignificant yet valued beyond understanding.
Wow, amen brother, you are so right on, the gospel should be shared. You hit me when you shared the verse " you men from Galilee why are you gazing up to heaven" Acts 1:11. Thank you, thank you, keep doing God's will.
Praise GOD, this is a confirmation. I brought this Ashbury revival to the LORD in prayer. I found an understanding about what are they going to do after the revival. Thank you pastor for speaking the WORD of GOD. Glory.
First thing I said when I saw this ' revival ' " I hope it's not just a big everlasting music show " Church I am involved with I started when they were at a low point, down to a few handfuls of people, now we have new pastor who is a fabulous man and church is growing rapidly. I often pray for the church to continue growing BUT that it not become just a big MUSIC SHOW
Speaking on God's behalf when God hasn't spoken to you.. Acts 5:39 “But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.”
As a Pentecostal Christian, one of the earmarks of our church is exuberant worship and praise. It’s not like a rock concert at all. Remember the world always has a counterfeit to what God offers us. Emotions are what make us human, we are also created in Gods image. Just because emotions are expressed in a revival service doesn’t mean it’s not actual revival.
I don't think Ray Comfort disagrees. He was just pointing out the other side of this, we must exercise caution because yes, many people do think they have experienced something from God but it was emotions. This can be evident in the many Christian concerts that have many who come and worship but then go and live in sin. Both sides go together, yes, worship God, praise his name, experience his presence, but also, our faith is not based on just emotions, and a true experience with God is not just emotions but a changed life.
As a Christian I can never feel the same about a rock concert as I can about singing the praise of God in fact I can never get excited by the singing of secular noise that I hear in rock concerts
I believe emotions is the result of God move as well. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks, emotion manifest as well. Yes, Ray is right, we could get it emotions in rock concert. The result is indeed regeneration of heart and repentance but God created our emotions to be also an outlet of His manifestion.
Thank for I felt at time if didn't feel emotionally I didn't think I was in God's perseverance I've learned da word have me excited to tell of God's will for us,, b-blessed 😍🙏
Psalm 100 make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness. Come into his presence with singing. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise
This is a true move of god because it is spreading Jesus christ said either you are with me or against me they are spreading the gospel and that is doing God's work so it is a true move of God.
So you think a room full of alphabet people and those who support their lifestyle, whore-shipping a god they created, is a good thing. Asbury is a woke university, you need to wake up to the fact that, God, the one who created everything, is not listening but He is watching. He's testing to see if you're going to be fooled and lead astray in these last days!
I watched one live stream of the Asbury revival and paid close attention. I heard some students' testimonies, and they all wore looking for meaning in life. None of the testimonies sounded decving. I also saw repentance. I don’t believe this is another prosperity movement. People are hurting and needing comfort and hope. The timing this came out was perfect because it was the same week the new Jesus movie came out. There's no such thing as coincidence. This is definitely God moving and trying to win as many souls back before judgment day. And about feeling close to God. I'm someone who has felt the real presence of God by the way people act and behave. I've been in homes and churches where the atmosphere is peaceful. You can tell the Holy Spirit dwells there. I also felt spiritual darkness that is terrifying because my doubts increased, and my hunger for God goes away, and I'm constantly fighting depression and so on. People who say I never felt the presence of God have not experienced both darkness and light
They had 2queer leaders , “leading “ the revival, mantra like worship songs, very little talk about the true gospel and repentance of sins, very little scripture being read. Fake healing. It’s NOT from the God of the Bible. Test the spirits
@Roman Daigle What part did you watch? Or did you just watch some other UA-cam oppions about it. The beginning was scripture and teaching, and then they moved on to worship. Worship God with music and dancing is biblical read the last 5 chapters of psalms. God loves people to get excited about him.
This man (Ray Comfort) is golden in his wisdom. He thinketh like a man dedicated to our Creator! The Great Commission ('go therefore and make disciples of all nations") is most often, our Greatest disobedience. It is the most difficult edict of Jesus to follow. Even "the best Christian" does not obey the Great Commission. Thank you for sharing, Charisma News!
I could never compare a rock concert with a worship service. I have been to many rock concerts and worship services. There is no comparison. I even attended rock concerts after I got saved and the rock concerts seemed dead compared to worship services.
One more thing, Ray mentions that we shouldn't concentrate on worship but that's not good advice, we should definitely be mindful about our worship, in Spirit and in truth. We are called to love on our brethren and that would include restoring such a one that is on the verge of falling, which i might add has to happen before the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ray said it, leading the church to enter into Gods place is an aspect ofbthis falling away church, that an asking the Holy Spirit to cone down when He should be in His temple, your body, this misleads the church/people astray and allows them a disconnection from God when they leave this building where the Church gathers. I pray for the church that repent, that is turn to God, not turn away from sin but turn TO God.
I agree, when I heard Ray say this it raised my eyebrows. I get that Ray is an extremely gifted evangelist but that’s not everybody’s gift. Sometimes I feel like he hasn’t read 1 Cor 12. The church is a body and if the whole body was feet (sharing the gospel) where would the hands or the mind be? If everyone were evangelists, then there’d be no churches or pastors or anything for new converts to grow.
@@swtor20 Amen To be frankly honestly, the church needs to repent before it will ever be benficial to any new converts. Furthermore everybody wants a revival but that has already occured, now we are supposed to move on from the principles of the doctrine of Christ, whom has already revived us spiritual at pentecost when He poured out His Spirit on all flesh. We want to make the church right but if you believe also Revelations, as hopefully you do Genesis ten you will understand that first there must be a great falling away before the Second coming and where it will get much more worse than the likes of the world has ever seen until this day. Let us restore one anotger brethren in the Church of Christ and then we will benefit new, true converts. All were makibg is blind converts .

Let me remind you Ray and everyone, "nothing is wasted in God's economy". Further, there is no bad publicity for God. Just the mention of his name brings glory even if people are wrong.
We certainly don't want the Alphabet People or women leading any service - and we don't want babbling & laughter & attempts to conjure up a spirit through vain repetition and chanting - we must instead have Jesus Christ centred preaching empowered by the Holy Ghost - EARNESTLY CONTEND FOR THE FAITH.
We are to focus on worship and abiding in Christ. The out working of that is evangelism. We were created for relationship with God and spending time in the secret place. If we focus on works only and forsake worship and relationship with our heavenly Father we are at risk of Him saying depart from me for I never knew you.

Hello Ray I love you very much better and your ministry is wonderful has taught a lot and then a lot of good I just wanted to say though that I take exception to saying that the gospel has to always be presented with the commandments exedra, Jesus himself even said come unto me all ye who are laden and heavy laden and I will give you rest about being the bread of life and the water and a lot of things they said about himself for the relief and the joy of others to come to the Father through him. I do realize apostle Paul said commandments were given as a schoolmaster to show his need for a savior. The Holy Spirit does work in different ways iin leading people into true salvation. Thank you again brother for your long enduring faithful ministries has produced much I'm honored to be a part of the family with you, and the love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, shalom
I appreciate that you see the error of tying heavy burdens to the beautiful, simple Gospel of God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ. I do not agree that Ray Comfort's ministry is wonderful. I've seen too many examples of his street preaching and how he binds heavy burdens to the gospel message. How many people has he driven away from the gospel because of this Pharisaic approach? "My burden is light" Jesus said.
If it's real revival then emotions are going to be involved as well! I'll take the Holy Spirit opinion over anybody's opinion! Because this was definitely revival! 🙂✝️🙏
That’s a good point Ray, the “ I Feel” , , the problem with that is, if your feelings go south, so can your faith in God …. It’s a fact with some feeling , moving of the spirit , does has gentle feeling and wonderful to know God loves you, some people need feelings to be comforted , many have come from broken , homes with lots of a very hurt feelings too. Hence the feelings movement …. Hopeful it goes one on one after this , however media worldwide also does that for now, later we will see more evangelists we pray from this

"This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?" - Galatians 3:2
I listen to Ray Comfort all the time. He has taught me more about the gospel than a church I once attended for 20 years.
When I look to the Holy Spirit daily he leads me in all things in all my Ways! And I'll take what he says daily over anybody else's opinion! I would never ever try to presume the Holy Spirit of God! Not JUST by feelings; but feelings and emotions are certainly a part of it - we serve an emotional God who has a personality!!!
Yea man. Emotions, experiences, knowledge, nor discipline can save us, only loving and believing in Christ can. All those things I mentioned are used by God to draw us closer. He knows us :)
Thankfully I got to attend Asbury two days (14 hours)
of heavenly worship.
Lots of college students praising the Lord is a great thing. Hopefully this will motivate them to go deep with their faith and reach out to others.
Some of them need to repent first. Gays leading worship!

Emotional worship is not the point. It's repentance from sin. Worship without repentance is abomination.
i have something to say about that...
As if you’re speaking for God. Only god knows our hearts.
@@Jerrymc1975 🤣
Iv had very hard times because of my past, but Iv also had really good times through the Power of the Holy Spirit who has taught me many things through trusting him through the word of God and his powerful love that has convicts me .
This new wave movement, I hope is leading in the right direction. READING GOD'S WORD, LIVING A CLEAN LIFE, FOLLOWING THE TEN COMMANDMENTS ,
Worship of God is never wasted. And yes you can feel the presence of God. His manifest presence is a real experience for believers
Where does the Bible teach that?
@@KikatzuMusik John 14:21 Jesus speaks of manifesting Himself to those who love Him and keep His commandments. There’s a difference between His omnipresence and His manifest presence. When Solomon dedicated the temple, the glory of God came and the people could barely stand. Do we live by feelings alone? No. But His manifest presence is a real experience of Christianity. It shouldn’t be thrown out. I’ve been in services when His presence was tangible.
@@TheIbra9 No where does it say, that you feel the presence of God.
Usually in the scriptures the presence of God produced fear in all people after which they begin to worship Him in holiness. Just read the book of Acts read the consecration of the temple and the sacrifices in exodus, kings, chronicles, etc.
Also King David says this about God's presence;
👇
"Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in THY PRESENCE İS FULNESS OF JOY; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore."
-Psalm 16:11 📖
This goes together perfectly with what Paul said about the "Kingdom of Heaven which is joy peace and righteousness in the Holy Ghost".
-Romans 14:17 📖
Jesus says the same thing
-Matthew 6:33 📖
"For the joy set before him he endured the cross"
-Hebrews 12:2

Another gospel.
@@colonalklink14 Tell me, what gospel is that?
@@Migler1 The repent of your sins to be saved / and trust Christ gospel.
Ray Comfort talks grace through faith, not of works, then immediately puts conditions on it.
Jonah 3:10 calls turning from sins, "works."
"And God saw their (works) that they turned from their wicked way and God repented of the evil that He would do unto them and He did it not."
The Ninevites were saved from physical destruction, nothing to do with eternal life at all.

Actually, this revival has spread to many. That's the gospel going forth.
Go and make disciples all over the world
Thank you and God Bless you Ray. So perfectly stated
❤️✝️❤️
Amen, may God help me and us to go out of our churches and Go and make disciples
Great and comforting contribution from Ray.
AMEN!
Praise God for emboldening Ray! The Father's heart is for the saving of souls period!!
His heart is also for strengthening believers. So why can't a revival be about "reviving" believers through strengthening them, encouraging them, convicting them, generating repentance in them and producing joy in them?
read your Bible daily, pray to the Lord daily, encourage one another.. 43 Bible Verses About Strength (KJV)
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand ...
Last night I watched a YT video by BIBLE STUDY 101, called:
The Asbury Revival 1 John
Here is the link: ua-cam.com/users/liveCLcxSXE5drM?feature=share
Right there at Asbury, people are coming to the altar praying to receive forgiveness. There are people being prayed for to receive the Holy Spirit. The product or fruit will be seen in latter days. But I think it's a waste of time to sit on the fence just to observe.
True prophecy: to (COMFORT) 😄 the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable. Thank you Brother Ray, keep up the good work. 1 Cor 15:58
Another gospel.
Good points. Power to be witnesses and to go out and make disciples.
Great ideas!
Respèeeeeeect Ray. The moment he open his mouth he made me shout od joy.
We receive the Holy Spirit and then we went on streets to preach the Gospel
I’m so glad to hear Ray say that he’s seldom ‘’felt’’ the presence of God! I have often wondered why people would leave church rubbing their arms and saying, ‘’I got goosebumps in the presence of the Lord!’’-and yet I felt NOTHING! I would wonder, ‘’Is something wrong with me that I can’t feel His presence? Or is it them?’’ Pretty much inclined now to think it wasn’t me after all!
I agree - I found that very helpful too.
It’s all about God it’s all about The glory. The very reason why we are here is to glorify God. Praise him praise him praise him.

God INHABITS our praise. He lives and moves and does special things when people are truly worshipping Him.
Our mission according to Jesus is to make desciples and teach them EVERYTHING Jesus taught them.

Like he said, time will tell. Revival begins in the church, but will then spread out and bring others to Christ. Pray this is the case.

Matthew 9:38

Ray even though I agree with your heart for the lost. The Lord is working on each of his children, to share the gospel is a outcome of being a vessel of Gods grace and a way to show from within our thankfulness. But to say that for worshipers to achieve an extasis the same as people does in a rock concert, it's not at all right. To say something like that is a huge mistake. The manifested Presence of God among his children has nothing at all to be compare with, only someone who has never experience a touch from heaven (a moment of eternity) will say there is comparables. Be careful!
"Better is one day in your courts, that thousand elsewhere " -Psalm 84
It's in the Presence of the Lord we receive the empowerment by his Holy Spirit (not an extasis) to go out.
I've seen rock concerts that look just like church services and seen church services that look just like rock concerts.
I love you Ray, but, there is nothing wrong with sincere people praising God in an emotional outpouring. God knows the hearts who are his.
It's not revival because few are getting saved - it is more of a refreshing of the body of Christ.
Timing is everything.
The best response to these movements that I have heard yet.
Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead and cast out demons. Awesome! This is what the world needs.
We don't all have the gift of evangelism like you Ray.
Thanks Ray. You nailed it
As a Christian I can never feel the same about a rock concert as I can about singing the praise of God in fact I can never get excited by the singing of secular noise that I hear in rock concerts

AND I LOVE Ray Comfort AND HIS EVANGELISTIC APPROACH
I could never compare a rock concert with a worship service. I have been to many rock concerts and worship services. There is no comparison. I even attended rock concerts after I got saved and the rock concerts seemed dead compared to worship services.
Rock concert is in a form of worshiping satan though, it’s workshop to the wrong person.
So many people are suffering for the basics in life. These preachers are financially set and living very comfortable.
@@swtor20 Amen
To be frankly honestly, the church needs to repent before it will ever be benficial to any new converts.
Amen! Yes, we must seek to know God, but also make him known!
Where did you get this phrase?
I have learned that the leadership of Asbury is, L B G Q friendly, and they believe that people don't need to repent of their sins.
In other words God made them Gay
What is Revival? Its a Spiritual awakening,jn3 Jesus said that which is flesh is flesh, and that which is spirit is spirit, now, since (revival) is a spiritual awakening,it will be accompany by (reformation)what is reformation?its a change in habits, practice, behaviour, how could Christians exprience revival and accept thats ok for same sex marriage not taking the bible stance on this Abomination, they march above everything else but to tell from the word of God that ye must be born again jn3;1---7 from your (carnal mind) and practice this profess christian leaders accepts as okay they needs to be born again all such leaders or priest even the pope and his cardinals who sees this as human rights.
