I think that the reason why these living rooms are all wonderful is that they are all a reflection of the owners. Each room has a story, or many stories. The things in the rooms mean something to the owners...these are not just "decorated," but personally collected and curated.

I was so happy to see two of my favourite Homeworthy homes included in your Top 6!! Regarding the second place worthy home, I have been inspired by the collection of vintage oil seascapes and have started a collection of my own. I love that in 2 out of 6 homes, the owners confess to shoplifting!
So happy to see Emily and her home again. I can’t explain it exactly but as soon as her door swings open there is just a warm, happy energy welcoming you in. Her home is cozy and natural and full of joy. Would love to nap in that chair surrounded by all the plants. Happy New Year everyone.

I enjoy watching these videos, it is very interesting to see how people style their homes. I do find it a bit annoying that people admit to stealing items now displayed in their homes and the film crew just thinks it's funny.
I think my favorite is Javier Burkle’s. Picture lights get on my nerves. They belong in museums, they can draw attention away from the picture, and they’re unnecessary. But I like the room. Bunny Williams’s is a close second. I don’t like it as much aesthetically, but it feels extremely comfy and cozy. I can picture myself chilling in there. That’s important.

I KNEW it was going to be the fireplace! I once worked in a building in London W1 that was built in the 1750’s and had two Adams fireplaces, one in the drawing room and one in the dining room - they were both alarmed to avoid theft.
He thinks he's entitled because he IS rich. Like Bunny said, the dude gave her the napkin when he saw what the bill was. The dude that stole the monkey ashtray had probably dropped some serious cash that night as well so felt it was owed him.
Wow whoever picked these really likes the over-the-top, pretentious, over-cluttered hoarder look. The only one that looked decent and un- Clutter was number five, the guy who had some nice collections from around the world and his palate was mostly neutral. his was borderline hoardy but not to the extent of the others. Too much clutter is very chaotic and disturbing to visitors or even the person living there, unless they're already Disturbed like hoarders are...
