I was very close to buying a Felt AR Advanced Ultegra Road Bike at a very good price at a certain online retailer. What stopped me was the integrated handlebar and stem that came in a single stock side (too wide and too short for my fit). By the time I'd factored in the cost of a replacement in my size it didn't make much sense. Seems crazy to me that even 10k+ bikes don't give you a choice of bar width and stem length (and crank arm length)...
At 10k ALL bikes should be fitted to the customer with his/her choice of stem/bar, crank length and seat included. Three bikes I have bought or traded for in the last 10yrs I have had to change kit to fit.
It is insane to me that this is the "bang for your buck" list and looking at some of the models presented you are still in the $4k+ USD range. That is not budget category at all. To say that this video and these "bang for your buck" brands are completely out of touch would be an understatement.
Honestly, there's nothing wrong with these bikes..the industry will sucker the bike community to think these bikes are out dated..they'll update them with fancy curves to justify the 3,000 mark up..its all marketing, it's all a business..
They always been expensive. DuraAce bikes cost about the same that they did 10 years ago. Bikes with electronic groupsets are MUCH cheaper than they were 5 years ago. Dirt cheap road bikes don’t sell well.
I love my cube litening aero, and i think it looks great. The weight actually is pretty competetive compared to other aerobikes, and the wind tunnel performance is top of the pack.
Cube is one of the best value for money bikes on the market . Also they are assembled in Germany by workers that pride themselves on high quality and reliability . They aren't necessarily a prestige bike but you cannot go wrong with them

I feel The Cube agree model woud fit in here as well. It’s a bit more dynamic and updated, but less aero looking
My first, second, and third bikes were all Felt. F75, F1 and then an F FRD. I loved the brand. Bikes looked aggressive and rode amazing. Sad to see they don't update the models. I doubt they are in a very healthy situation at the moment.
Yeah a CAAD12, even a CAAD10 would be a great option, can be picked up cheap and has to be one of the best bang for buck bikes there is, Giant TCR also great 👍
I want a US-made (or at least US-available) tripled-butted steel "endurance" road bike with cable-actuated 2x10/11, rim brakes, externally-routed cables throughout, QR dropouts, and high-end alloy wheels. Nobody other than custom builders is going to make that, so used bikes will continue to be my focus.
Look up Felt’s pricing, then look at the specs relative to… anything else? It’s horrible value for money, with a complete lack of dealer support to boot. Isn’t Vitus owned by now/soon to be bankrupt Signa Sports (Wiggle/CRC group) ?
I used to be a big fan of Focus, (no longer) and I own a Cayo, a good bike, except they stopped making this bike back in 2014 - makes no sense. Then they decided not to participate in the Americas market both North and South. WHAT? Focus Mares used to be a competitive high end sought after race CX bike, they no longer make this bike either. Sad.
I'd like the choice of a super light and stiff RIM BRAKE bike like Canyon used to sell. I simply developed a deep seated dislike for disc brakes and it looks like I have to build my next bike myself.
@simppe- in todays market every brand has a degree of uncertainty assoctied with it . Example was the highly funded Cowboy and Van Moof bikes . they seemed to be in a stable economic state and then out of nowhere announced bankruptcy .
When talking about value bikes that is suppose to mean cheap bikes. Although all these bikes are expensive you’ve still managed to to criticise every one of them, a pointless review.
Maybe when you talk about bang for buck bikes. you should look into people who actually design and manufacturing the bike .... not the company that outsource everything to China and claim they design the bike LOL.

I'm riding the Cube Agree Pro. It was 3.4k including SRAM Rival with Powermeter. I feel that is missing here clearly.
bang for the buck doesn't mean budget. it means you get a lot of bike for the money. a 13k bike can in theory be bang for the buck

💯Bikes nowadays are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE 💯 And I AM NOT BUYING one 😎

If you don't want an expensive bike, don't buy an expensive bike.
I love this guy. Dry dynamic presenter. Well done.

Is this a reupload? I am sure I have seen this before
Giant TCR Advanced is another model that I would like to see an update
I’ve been waiting for two years hoping they would update the tcr
I just bought a secondhand roadbike for €300 and it’s briljant.
The Felt AR Advanced 105 di2 seems like a good option. 12s at a competitive price
My Felt AR is impressive. Build quality is on another level compared to the big brands. Finding a dealer can be a problem.

A rerun? UA-cam glitch? Deja Vue?
really, just find a decent used bike from the past 10 years, they are fine and the owner will appreciate that the bike isnt collecting dust

Why are there so few review of cube bikes on youtube..would love to see a review of the Agree..

I swear I saw you talking about the cube air needing a refresh before. Is ti a reupload? It sure is.

Felt know how to design frames. It a shame they arent easier to get in the UK.
I’m feeling déjà vu. Wasn’t this already uploaded?
Focus just updated the izalco

Bang for buck for who?
Downtube Shifter crew in da house.
You missed out a fantastic British brand, Pearson cycles, they've got a brilliant range
Van Rysel is a copy of Specialized SL7.
With the financial uncertainty regarding Vitus it's very unprofessional and irresponsible from you to have the brand in a video like this.
What uncertainties?
If they fold there won’t be a bike to buy anyway, so it’s hardly an issue.
@simppe- in todays market every brand has a degree of uncertainty assoctied with it . Example was the highly funded Cowboy and Van Moof bikes . they seemed to be in a stable economic state and then out of nowhere announced bankruptcy .
Stradilli bikes
See Megamo bikes.
How could you skip GIANT?
See the first video: ua-cam.com/video/gAbCedCjJCY/v-deo.html

Very hard to listen this guy.

They sent it out last week. However, when I went to load it, I couldn't. Said 'Private Video.' Weird, but I bet others had the same problem.
