Win lose it doesn't matter this is fun to watch! It's okay to go for the odd open net. It keeps the opponent honest, otherwise they will start going for more risky shots and not worrying about rotating back to net faster because they know you will take time to set up a clip.

finally someone who can relate my pain. champ players are to inconsistent to read what they are doing. sometimes overcomitting gets me scored on sometimes waitin till he makes mistakes gets me scored on

I'm the same MMR as you were playing and can totally relate to those guys who just want to watch. One time I ran into Muirie and he just casually destroyed me. Played Seba and it turned into a fs 1v1
It hard cus the dominus is really good for content (quality of shots) while it’s shit for 1v1s. So, do you go for content or for the win? And Maktuf, I saw you in a vid of Striped where you had to go for freestyle shots with a limited amount of tries and man, you had wayyyy more complicated shots than other freesylers. You really do want to go score the hardest, cleanest shots but for the sake of reaching ssl I think you might have to tune it down a little and revert to more „basic“ stuff. I think that’s completely fine and even those shots are impressive enough for the audience.

To be honest, I'd much rather be able to hit crazy freestyles than sweat in gc2. I think it's worth the sacrifice of hours to mechanics instead of gamesense.
