The only change that i can see Cauliflower Pasta bringing from a normal homemade pasta would be that the sauce calories would be low, but also not too low because milk is added nonetheless. Carbs on your pasta base would still be the same even if use a whole wheat one. Sadly you will still have to portion control it to maintain a decent carb intake. One of the reasons why i feel cauliflower rice is a much better option! Although ik its not Pasta lol. And for those cookies, peanut butter has to be lower portion i fee because peanut butter has like so many calories

I don't know where you heard from but we mix ghee n honey with some other ingredients for panchamruth
U can mix but in unequal quantity of each ingredients.ex. if ghee 1tsp ,honey shd b 1/2 tsp..and vice-versa.
