@SebGAdventures hey, unfortunately, life got in the way, and I have not uploaded since this video. I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. Thanks for watching.
Another great video looks like you got in before the weather turned Bad. Keep up the great action looking forward to getting back out there and have some fun.
fabulous video thanks for sharing. I’m new to kayak fishing just starting with a budget fishing kayak and live in Nelson Bay I’ll be sure to try your spot soon. Keep up the great work and look forward to more helpful videos happy days
awesome vid mate. I live in lemon tree passage and im lucky enough to walk my kayak between where you were and the marina. Flatties are thick at the moment and theres always plenty of bream as well. Thanks mate
Unfortunately i don't have any plans as of yet. I have just bought a house so alot of my time is going towards that at the moment. I'm sorry sorry mate
@@ChrispyyWings yeah live stream on the water. My go pro 10 streams via my phones hotspot. I'll be doing it for sure when I get my yak, will be a change from streaming pc games lol.
Hey, yeah I have been out fishing as much as I can, which seems to only be once a month at the moment. Life has really changed the last 12 months. Had a really good session couple weeks ago, finally catching that 40cm + bream. Managed a 40cm, 43cm and a new pb of 46cm bream all within 5mins of each other. Wish I was recording. Thanks for checking in
Awesome mate. Nice one. I've got both the spike 53 and the 44 but yet to give the 44 a go yet. Which one are you using here? Also, whats you're favourite retrieve for the spikes? Cheers mate!
Hey Peter, I was using the sugi Berry colour in this video. I really like this colour especially in Port Stephens. I honestly like a very slow retrieval. This lures doesnt need much to get the action going.
Hey, I am doing well thank you. I am still fishing, just not making videos. I don't have any plans for a video any time soon, I just don't have the time. Thanks for checking in
I was back fishing here on weekend, all flathead were caught in less the 1m of water. I found they were taking 3inch plastics covered in scent Good luck mate. Walk up and down the bank and you will get a few
Hey mate, I am all good, I have been extremely busy and struggling to find the time at the moment. This weather hasn't been the greatest to me either. I had planned to fish and record this weekend but got rained out Hope you are safe and thanks for checking up on me
Hey, you can catch flathead everywhere, just need to make sure you lure is on the bottom as that's where they are. The samaki vibe always catches me a flathead. In behind Swansea is a good spot for flathead
@@ChrispyyWings ok,so I will be fishing the enterance and the long jetties in lake Tuggerah, not sure how deep the water is but from the map it said 3-5m Than I guess I will just do some land based than. Thanks
You will still catch fish mate, throw the samaki vibe in 70mm fork tail and flathead and bream will smash it. Soft plastic with a 1/8th or heavier jighead will also work. I would throw a bait junkie minnow or zman slimswim in 2' -3' inch size I usually fish 3m or less with light soft plastic as that's the style I like to fish. I haven't mastered deeper water fishing yet so i couldn't push you in the right direction confidently.
When do you think your gonna to post another great video. Also it me gradical gamer I comment on a lot of your videos my channel got deleted sorry for not commenting for a while
Hey!! Welcome back. I tried filming again on the weekend, but I am well out of whack. With summer coming up I will be fishing alot more so hopefully in the coming months I'll have some more videos.

Hey mate so I am taking a trip to the entrance and gonna fish at the mouth and long jetty, any lure suggestions?
I'm a big fan of the samaki vibe! I think that would go well there
Did you make the measuring tube? Or did you buy it?
I purchased it from Hunter Water Sports. Its called Hawg Trough Fish Ruler
@@ChrispyyWings I'm due a visit to HWS. I will grab one then! Thanks!

I'm still fishing thankfully, hoping to be on the water tomorrow
@@ChrispyyWings lost 3 lizards tonight on the double clutches, fg knots pulled. Back to the drawing board haha
@brycepatrick3016 oh wow! I have never had a fg knot fail.
Must of been a good flathead
@ChrispyyWings I find them hard to tie on light leader to light braid. But was a first for me. Got 3 today though so all g 🤙
@@bpyew it is hard to tie with light line.
I invested in the fg whiz to help tie the knots.
Sounds like it was still a cracking time
how come no fishing vids anymore?

@@ChrispyyWingsYes the weather hasn't kind we lost the second day of the WARBIRDS OVER SCONE as well hopefully it clears in the near future
Hey mate how deep should the water be to fish that lure?
I like to fish between 1m and 2m of water.
In this case I think it was around 1.4m and the lure was bouncing off the bottom at times
And how deep does your lure dive in that video?
The daiwa spike dives down to 1.2m to 1.8m I believe
Hey mate I can’t catch a flathead to save my life could you please tell me some good spots😂
Hey, you can catch flathead everywhere, just need to make sure you lure is on the bottom as that's where they are.
The samaki vibe always catches me a flathead.
In behind Swansea is a good spot for flathead
Hey mate so about 3-5 metre of water, what lure should I use to chase Bream?
If I was chasing bream in that deep of water I would be throwing blades. To be honest
I never have luck catching bream past 3m of water.
@@ChrispyyWings Ok thanks mate!
