it took me a couple of watches to realize The Woodsman was actually lost, and his daughter cried in the end when she saw him, because he was not lost anymore.
I always cry at this show. Every year, I think, they won't get me this time! And then every year, they roll down the hill and it's waterworks from then to the end for me 😂
i’m also in the group of people that have recently discovered the wonder that is this series i absolutely love this and now want to see where else this series has gone with the comics (apparently there are comics) and i just want more it’s so beautiful
One of my favorite series. It's become a personal tradition to watch around late November. I'm so glad Cartoon Network took a chance on something like this and I hope there are similar projects in the future like it.
The "For Sara" tape is actually a limited edition real-life item some people could get. It's not available anymore unless you want to pay lots of money to eBay, but some people have uploaded the audio here on UA-cam. It really is Poetry and Clarinet. The Blasting Company, the people who did all the music for the show, made a concert this year and Elijah Wood appeared to recite some of the poems that are in that tape. They're as awkward as you imagine 😂 Edited to add: The person who voices The Beast is an opera singer, Samuel Ramey, that's why his theme is sung in opera style.
If you want more then there's 10th anniversary animation, pilot episode and comics. And of course whole amazing soundtrack and not used in series songs "Sketches of the Unknown"
I somewhat recently watched this, though I got sucked into all the hype with people saying it's the best, and I fought it was fine, but the intro song is such a bop
This whole series almost gives me "the view from halfway down" vibes.
Oh my God. YES. I watched this long before Bojack so hadn't known yet. But I agree completely
I have been humming "Potatoes and Molasses" to myself ever since I first saw this series - Greg has a way of getting stuck in your head.
It's SUCH a cute tune lol

Auntie Whispers is my fav. What a great series!!
10:37: The reaction to Greg and Beatrice leaving Wirt. 😆

Hell ya, welcome in! It really is such a fantastic short series. I need to get into the comics myself actually!
As much as I love this series as a whole, my favorite episode has to be The Tavern
It's super hard to choose a favorite. Especially because I feel like it could be watched as one continuous movie haha
i love this series so much. Great Video!
Hell yeah, thanks so much for watching and enjoying 💜

Yes! I've been meaning to show it to my girlfriend and I think this will be the year we start a tradition haha
Ohhh. It's a reupload! Also, YES! A new "Over the Garden Wall" reaction!
Honestly, in hindsight, I probably could've done a rewatch too but I didn't know if people would like that haha
This is legit my favorite. I'm so glad you watched and reacted :)
Super happy to hear! Thanks for watching :)

my favorite is Chapter 2: Hard Times at the Huskin Bee. Just love the Halloweeny vibes.
Yess! Good pick!
that's my favorite too! "Patient Is The Night" is my favorite song in the series :)
The title of this video is my annual Halloween-season ritual!
My favorite episode is the school episode. I just like the school teacher, and the animals that are reminiscent of Beatrix Potter.
YESSSS JOIN THE CULT OF AUTUMNAL BLISSSSSSS!!!!!!🎉🎉❤❤

Ooh, I had no idea! Will have to check out! Thank you!
calling what is likely a child with an affliction/illness gross is first tbh
Ever, Can you react to A series of unfortunate events, the show? Unless you’ve already watched it.
Never seen a single bit of it. I'll certainly look into it!

In case anyone tells you otherwise, this show is NOT based on Dante's Inferno. That's just a fan theory. The "connections" between them are too loose.
