My local mall....just down the road from Kwesimintsim. Even now plenty of empty retail shops in the mall, guess rents are very high, only really Shoprite and Stanbic of any value there. Where is the Melcom??? Could have done a lot better

A comparison with the plush Kumasi and Accra Malls, leaves the Takoradi Mall a VILLAGE MALL ! WHAT WRONG DID WE DO IN TAKORADI ? THE TAKORADI AND WESTERN PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER !
