James, that would depend on the brand of air filter you purchased. If you would like to give us a call, 256-356-0261, we can supply you with the PN of the air filter that comes on the chassis direct from Freightliner.
I found mine quite by accident. The manuals have no information on the existence of the cabin air filter but I knew Denso ac units have a filter

@19rockjeeper99 the part number will be 5066927 for the cabin air filter on both of those year model 40 IP's.

My aftermarket filter does not have an "up" on it. Is the tiffin-installed filter different than the aftermarket??

what years have the newer Denzel unit that a filter can be replaced
Year models 2017 and upward will have the Denzo AC units with replaceable filters!
Can you tell us what model years cannot be changed? I have a 2020 RED
If you have a motorhome made before 2017 you will not be able to change the filter for the Denzo units.
