Birria tacos are awesome! So much flavor. Here are a few suggestions to try for breakfast; steak/egg/cheese/potato/refried beans breakfast burrito. Also very good with bacon or ham instead of steak. Your choice of red or green sauce (red is hot and green is mild). Now, for some spice, order a chorizo/egg/cheese/potato breakfast burrito (no refried beans) and have red sauce on the side. Chorizo is mexican seasoned sausage and it is really delicious. Quite a dilemma you have.... burritos and tacos for breakfast/lunch, and then a ton of BBQ options for dinner.
