- NOTE: VIDEO CONTAINS A LOT OF ZOOMING AS I DOCUMENT TYPES OF CROSSING LIGHTS.
This compilation is about railroad crossings that I have filmed that have long length overhead cantilevers. These are the cantilevers that could fit three overhead rows of lights but most would still have two. There are Cantilever sizes super large which are the bridge Cantilevers, large which are the ones in this video. Medium sized ones which some are paired with the large ones in this video, and then small length Cantilevers. Majority Cantilevers you run into at railroad crossings are medium length especially here on the West Coast.
I love how the traffic lights flash with some of the crossings!
Amazing bell combo on the first crossing

Hey mobile rail how long did it take for them to build this railroad crossing

12:10 Sheesh what kind of crossing needs that much WCH Type 4's. I bet Smart looked at all of the WCH Type 4's and said "Perfect"
Don't the Metro Trains have them too?
Strange how the bells keep going while gates are down. Here in Tennessee the don’t ring entire time
Same here in Ohio. What few crossings still exist. All the tracks that ran through Beavercreek were torn out years ago and turned into bike paths. I'm 66 and remember Amtrak used to come through on the number 1 main in the 1970s. It's a shame that experience is all gone.✌
16:49 that looks good i like to see trains in the evening
