Thank you for putting together this video, Nancy 🙏🏽You've saved me tons of trial and error as I set up Airtable so my team and I can collab more efficiently while working remotely. In a sea of UA-cam videos on this topic, I'm really glad yours came up in my search for content organization with Airtable. Keep up the great work! Hi Shalla! I wanted to let you know that I've been working on creating a template for this and I just released it. If you're interested, here's the link: nancycasanova.teachable.com/p/content-calendar-using-airtable
Hello, thanks for your interest! I’m actually planning to share this as a course that integrates a marketing plan format and content calendar template. Is that something you’d be interested in?

Hello Nancy! Great video. I wanted to ask you, what's the easiest way to just move content from the "Content Pool" tab to the "Social Media Planner" tab?
Hi! I’m actually planning to share this as a course that integrates a marketing plan format and content calendar template. Is that something you’d be interested in?
Thanks Tony! The template I've created is structured around a content calendar management system. If you'd like to use Airtable as a project management tool, you *could, however, I feel that Airtable is optimized for managing data/information vs managing a project. I think you *could set up your Airtable for project management, but I don't think it's ideal for it, especially if you have a project that requires a lot of tasks. There's a space in the notes section that you could leverage on Airtable that lets you add in bullet points or checkmarks. You could also create checkmarks on columns...so there's a workaround for it, but I would say it's not ideal. You could give it a try and put it through a stress test to see if helps you! Oh, I also think you could use Airtable to help manage/track the revenue/sales of your course if that makes sense. Thanks!
I know that feeling too well. I’ve created a content calendar that integrates all marketing channels into one dashboard. I’m recorded some training videos this past weekend and I’m planning to share a template as part of a course. Is that something you’d be interested in purchasing?

This has been the best tutorial for creating a content calendar. Thank you!
Thank you for the feedback! Is there anything else you think I could expand on? I'd love to see if I'm missing something. Thanks!
Really Great video Nancy. Please keep creating.
Super helpful! I love the gallery view,I was not utilizing that before so thank you!
Ahh it's probably one of my favorite views on Airtable! 😍 Glad you're now aware of it!
Thanks for this. You have saved my time

Did you also automate the creation of thumbnails in the gallery view? If yes, with which tool?
Thank you for this!! 😊
Would love to see this in more detail. Very interesting.
Sure! I can expand on this more. Is there something more specific you'd like to see for Airtable?
Thank Nancy, great video! Where can I find the guide to repurpose content?
Your monitor seems almost essential. What are you using? (Great video, too.)

Great question! I typically have mine set up so that I can copy and paste the row over to the "Social Media Planner" tab.
Would love if you could share the template :)

Are you still using the free version of Airtable? Did you eventually hit the record limit?
Hey Nancy! Lovely template you've got. Can one plan a course with this? Thanks

@@NancyCasanova Thanks for taking the time to respond in detail. Will explore the likes of Notion for managing the course. Cheers!
I use Trello and have way too many boards. I'm at the point where I want to repurpose my content. And waste too much time switching between boards.

@@NancyCasanova Hi I just purchased some airtable templates, but I thinking of just staying with my Trello set up.
