Vintage 1968 Hoover Convertible 1128 Upright Vacuum Cleaner

Great old girl that's still going after almost 50 years.
Notoriously bad seals have taken their toll on her, the suction is not as good as it should be.
Made in France and sold all over Europe.

As you likely are aware, in the States Hoover called these "Dial-A-Matic"s. Our model 1120 appears to be the same color combinations as your 1128--Pumpkin Orange and Seal Greige Light, Medium, and Deep). Awesome!

I came across the model just before this, 1110 and blue. It was 10$ bucks at a thrift store. I thought it was 10 years old or so. I was shocked to find it was over 50 years old. Works great!
