    Dr John Kotter's talk is actually a critique of a traditional management mindset.
    Consider: positive provocations. For example, print book titles from a broad range of books on a specific idea/problem/etc, say Leadership. Then, challenge people to organize those titles into meaningful groups, identify flows/scenarios, ask questions, list insights, etc. Raise the acumen, improve communication, trigger creative energy, elevate internal drive for action. If done right, the tension between your current situation and a better future will create a pull of action plans. See the Structural tension charting (STC) method and POOGI from The Theory of Constraints, too. Enjoy the ride!
