A Chanel is such a good investment. As long as you look after them they go up in value. Chanel increases prices by around 10% pa. If I were 25 again, I'd have save up and bought a secondhand one. I once found one that was either a Chanel or an amazing vintage dupe in a charity shop. I didn't buy it and I forever regret it because the lambskin looked amazing. The thing that put me off was the stitch count. It didn't seem right to be a real Chanel.
I always say that my biggest regret is not falling in love with chanel sooner lol! I bought my first in Paris in 2019, a black classic small flap. I also bought a small square red caviar last year. I would love to add two more in fun colors . Even preloved is expensive I love fashionphile as well

You can dye leather items (if you want) and refresh their color with a special leather dye. That is what shoemakers in shoe repair store do in my country (Serbia). I don't know how it is where you live, but here, it doesn't cost much at all.
Wow, the vintage 93 classic flap lamb skin is beautiful! Those bags are so timeless and sturdy sounding. Thanks for sharing! Maybe, one day. I’m learning my taste with my high end bags (>$500). I wish I did more research on my more expensive bags because it has a similar strap to the channel bags but there is creasing that happens on the leather and makes me want to use it less. I’m due for a declutter 😬

the top is very old it's called Black Rainn from Macy's a while ago. I love TJMaxx they have great things!
