Welcome to the Wandering Tangent Podcast. This time we’re going talk about the 1988 fantasy movie, Willow! This movie has been a long time coming for the podcast, and actually lead to the demise of the first iteration of the podcast way back when! We talk about that, and the problems we’ve had on this recording.
Along the way we talk about the ill-fated Willow TV series on Disney+, Gary goes off on “because” vs “and then” storytelling, we have a brief discussion about the three Indiana Jones movies, BJ debates on whether what happens in this movie can be described as a proper “siege”, and we get terribly pedantic about the classification of a monster.
