Can someone explain, how are we sure they are 5 digit? Like this can just be à super good player second acount no ? Or some one that can be a 4 digit but is not douing map to archive it ? Thx in advance

You can see player rank history for a reason. Its just judgement at that point for letting people in

During the screening process, the only players osu staff try to catch out are cheaters, multi-accounts or those that are holding a tournament ban. Derankers are unfortunately part of the game at this point so it is what it is
