At first it'll be bad bathe but I almost had to have sinus surgery in the back sinuses and I was so scared but the ABX worked well enough to clear it of the infection and cleanings helped. I have a question for you! I have a c.f. variant that messes with my pancreas and I have chronic pancreatitis because of it. Do you experience that as well? Have you ever or do your enzymes just prevent them for you? I am starting to get more scarring and junky chest coughs now. More meds and nebs and coughing woohoo!. We got this and you got the surgery tomorrow! well, you and God :) prayers for no anxiety for Peter and an easier time this surgery for Mary to recover. Glad it could be so much sooner!
I'm so glad you are done with this chapter of your life but as I sit here in bed with the stomach flu feeling a bit defeated by life for the night, I'm reminded that I'm not alone and these symptoms will pass. I've been making jokes and laughing when I can. I remember when I was in the hospital for emergency gallbladder surgery and even though I was in severe pain I managed to get up and write on the dry erase board "Don't forget to laugh Every Day"- The Frey Life and all of the nurses just loved that quote and the fact I hobbled over there just to write something to remind me to look for some optimism. I still love that quote. I love that you both have so many motivating quotes and to see the journey they helped you take to life with a medicine that works and an adorable baby boy. There are miracles among resilience. ❤
Leaving open suitcases in your car--open them! Let people see they are empty so that they don't have the urge to break in and steal them. Love the new pants! Hope you guys are having an awesome Sunday!

Mary, your so lucky that Peter can stay in the hospital with you. I've had 7 back operations and am contemplating on the advice of mt Doc. number 8. It's a tough operation and the recovery is very painful and it would be great to have my husband with me however, the hospital doesn't really want you to but he can. Good luck and get home fast!
I have perhaps a silly question: Does Peter do more than preach as a pastor? When my first husband was a pastor, in addition to Sunday meetings he had to visit the sick, arrange for food for shut-ins and the poor, offer counselling to those in need, perform funerals and weddings, run activities for the congregation especially the youth, handle church finances, etc. Does Peter have to do that type of thing in his duties as a pastor?

I thought peters laptop charger was feeding tube tubing at first & it took me a minute to realize that not everyone has a feeding tube & that definitely wasn't one 😂

Always appreciated your balanced and humerous take on life! One query though, I am a former hospital microbiologist and I always cringe when I see Ollie on the Hospital bed. I know he goes out for regular runs on grass outside, where many other animals will have been for the same purpose. Pseudomonas and Klebsiella are both environmental bacteria which I think can cause problems for compromised lungs. Have you had an explanation from Drs as to why this is ok and safe? Thanks!

I hope you’re feeling better. I was in the hospital having neck surgery and vomited the whole time after surgery. Ugh. I feel ya on that. Then we had a scare thinking I was having a heart attack since my blood pressure was super high they ended up giving me 3 nitroglycerin pills until the pain went away and the blood pressure went down. Love watching you guys! You guys give me so much encouragement when I myself am feeling sick.

Hey guys, I happened to stumble across (I was actually down the rabbit hole, lol) another youtuber that had a video about CF awareness from May (I know that was a while ago, lol) and wondered if you had seen it. Her twin five year old nieces have CF and their mom did a day in the life. Sweet little babies doing everything they can to stay healthy.

U could try double pressing the power button on the portable charger/power bank (fairly quickly) to turn the light off/on-that’s how the light on my power bank works! Hope u see this and it works for u!!

Maybe try some SeaBands for the nausea? They helped with my morning sickness a lot! They are like cloth bracelets that you wear with pressure points. You can get them at Walgreens.
I miss primark so much! I was born in England and lived there till I was 15 and then moved to Australia, I’m now 27 and I miss primark, especially the Disney stuff, so my nanny, bless her, has been shopping for me and sending stuff over for me 😂
I hope you feel better after your surgery tomorrow I just wanted to say that I have surgery on Thursday to help with my ears I was diagnosed with what is called eustachian tube dysfunction meaning my eustachian tubes form right when I was in the womb I guess it's the way to put it but I just wanted to let you know that I'm praying for you hoping your surgery helps you and I just wanted to let you know I have surgery on Thursday and you guys helped me through a lot of my problems so I am praying for you for your surgery tomorrow I've never had sinus surgery but I have my 7th surgery on Thursday. My mom and I have this ongoing joke that when I go to the ENT that I always come home with the green surgery papers so I tell her that oh no I got the dreaded papers again and we laugh about it and I'm an old Pro about this I've had this surgery since I was 8 months old but I hope everything goes well for you tomorrow and I hope you feel better soon
We tried going to aquarium when in Boston because GPS said it was 3 miles from our hotel. After an hour we gave up and headed home. We definitely want to go back and said if we ventured away from the Fenway area we'd take a cab. Taking a bike was smart idea.
Oh my gosh I always order mashed potatoes and pancakes when I'm in the hospital but not together! Lol definitely comfort food. There's just something about a big bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy when you feel horrible.
Peter, we have had our back window of our suv busted out at the hospital and all of our stuff stolen including all electronics. I would keep all of that up in your room

WatH Mama I wore them while pregnant for morning sickness. They didn't help in my case. I puked on my way to work many a mornings. 😵😷
