I know that these "What I Eat In A Day" videos are probably time consuming and difficult to make, but they are so inspiring and helpful! Every time I see one, I whip up a batch of banana ice cream and curl up on the couch to watch and learn. I haven't been able to take the "plunge" into the vegan lifestyle yet, but I could definitely see myself doing this in the future. Much love!

niomi didn't specify or do this, but if you do the kebabs at home, don't pour the leftover marinade over the noodles if you make the kebabs and include meat- the bacteria from the meat juice would make the leftover marinade bad for you!

yes as camilla said - niomi's diet is classified as "plant based" - because proper vegan would mean she would avoid products tested on animals, leather & wool etc clothing, etc :)

Does anybody know where I can find very cheap and easy healthy recipes on internet? I am SUPER broke (i mean it) and It's hard for me to have even 4 meals a day, so I need to know how to be healthy and cheap at the same time. Any tips?
+Beatriz Echenique Do you eat beans/legumes? If you do, buy them dry in bags they are really inexpensive and the bags last a long time (compared to buying them canned), plus they are really good for you and help bulk up a simple meal and you can find tons of easy recipes on pinterest using them!

I know you probably don't like to put the word vegan in your videos because you'll get such controversy in the comments. However with over 1 million subscribers I think if you approached it in the right way you could really educate a lot of people for our planet and the animals :)
While these videos are cute or whatever, they're highly unrealistic. Niomi eats like a bird and no one should really try to recreate this meal plan. If you work a 9-5 job, it's hard to find time in the morning to cook a meal like that as you'd probably need something quick and on the go. I also noticed Niomi hadn't eaten anything from her smoothie and salad lunch all the way until 7pm?! That's 5-6 hours with no food which, for most people, is just absurd. Something small every 2 - 3 hours is more of a norm than going 6 hours without food. Plus, after working 8 hours, you're not going to want to spend 30-45 mins cooking. Which just ties in to what I said about this meal plan being drastically unrealistic. I understand this is what Niomi eats in a day and she's not saying this is what YOU should eat in a day, but I know some younger people are highly impressionable and I want to let them know that this is 100% not a common meal plan and it is okay to eat a lot more than this! xx :)

i respect that you have your own opinion but I partly disagree with you. I think the effort she has for breakfast isn't even that much and I think she did eat all of her lunch why else would she cook dinner? of course I agree that it's not like everyone should/has to live live/eat like her. but in my opinion niomis lifestyle is a pretty healthy one. I think that to a healthy way of eating it also is important to take your time for the meals. of course you can't cook everyday at home during work but its good to at least have enough time for a proper breakfast. (I also like to eat oats in the morning as they keep you full pretty long) however as I said its your opinion and that's fine:) have a nice day:)

Basically imposing on us their diets. I love how you're just living your life, sharing with us, showing us, and that's why I feel like you're truly an inspiration. :)

Omg I tried the porridge and LOVED IT. Now I have always detested porridge because of the texture but I added walnuts and I couldn't stop eating it! The cacao powder added so much richness to the dish!

Omg I tried the porridge and LOVED IT. Now I have always detested porridge because of the texture but I added walnuts and I couldn't stop eating it! The cacao powder added so much richness to the dish!
