I just graduated from university this past Friday and I’m feeling the same way Alfie. I’ve been on go go go for a long time and now I actually have a nice break and I don’t know what to do. I keep checking my email on school stuff and realize there isn’t any. I have to try to enjoy this break and then figure out where my life is heading next.
There's something so calming about the vlogs, honestly makes the day better

Messenger bag. I used to have one in the 90s. I'm a fair bit older than you both. But yeah when I was 16 it was a messenger bag and it had a happy hard-core design on it , as that was the music that we were all into in 96 😅.
The struggle of you relaxing literally gave me flashbacks to the same feeling whenever I try and relax. It takes me a good 25 minutes to just not feel over stimulated by my surroundings.
I think people relax in different ways, if that is seeing your phone or just enjoying the view I think is valid.

I just saw that perspective tattoo! I’ve had that word in my realm for about 4 years now. I so relate to not having the skill of taking time off. I only really take time of when I'm like actually exhausted and I think longterm it has probably taken more of a toll on my social and private life than I might realize. It's part of working freelance in what you're passionate about I suppose - but definitely also the mindset of "If I can work, I should be working"

You definitely have to look into getting Vespas! We have them. Mine is BRIGHT ORANGE. And my husbands is the Italian one. So it’s black with the Italian flag 🇮🇹 colors as accents. We love them. They are so fun to ride (but a little scary!) We want to get a little camper too that we can pull with our truck, and some of them have a place at the front or back where you can carry motorcycles! They’d be so cool to ride around camp grounds and little towns during the summer. I don’t know if you have different classes of drivers licenses in the UK like here in the US, but here we have to have a drivers license for a motorcycle to legally ride. Even then, at 149cc they are barely over the minimum for use on freeways or highways. And in my opinion if you took your Vespa onto either of those, you’re endangering your life. They have little wheels and low clearance. I have personally gone and gotten burgers fries and drinks for the whole family on mine. So they aren’t HARD to ride, and I get a lot of attention. Just because it’s so cute, the color, and I do have an Italian helmet that matches and has pull down shades! So cool! And speaking of shades, I love those on you that’s are black and white. They don’t look outlandish at all. But if they make you self-conscious, better to gift them to someone who’ll love them, and use them. But I say you can pull them off, no problem!! And the bag you were talking about was a “messenger bag”! Went across the body and had a big flap that opened and closed! Ottie is SO adorable! 🛵 🛵

Alfie if you want to be able to concentrate better while reading, you can just turn on the Forest app/any timer. Set to 15 mins and dedicate it solely to reading just to get yourself started 😉

What I mean: you’re doing UA-cam, running a business, had written a book or made successful merch, you have so many hobbies, friends and etc. So I assume, whatever you start, learning to play a game or making a business - you end up being so good at it. So, what is your secret ingredient, how do you do that?
I would like to know that, because in many aspects of my life I give up on things and start to think that I’m done and not going to master anything.
