By the way, anyone in the Island Creator program can access and edit it, and it will be available to publish on November 13th.
In the UEFN Content Browser, search for the "NPC Spawner" after that in the Details panel, set the NPC Character Definition to Mouser. I hope it helped! Also, I am working on a tutorial about the TMNT templates and I'll showcase the new devices and how to use them. :)
