he may be an a-rank, but he already seems pretty interesting from his dialogue and design alone, though i hope the other characters in the faction will start showing up after 1.1 or 1.2 in the world especially the bull guy from leaks and the woman with shield in the trailer (other then piper and Lucy)
Yes it is him and I suspect he is the current Youngest member of Sons of Calydon since Billy aint there, notice how Piper and Lucy are probably the same age and Piper called him a Youngster or Young man, we know Caesar and Burnice are probably very old so Lighter is probably considered a Boy A.K.A the Cool Kid
