- Hello everyone!! :) This week we are in a bit of a time crunch and are trying to get hundreds of orders packed in just 3 days! I had my dad and step-mom coming up to visit over the weekend and I was missing one day of work so I had to get orders shipped out in advance! I also dealt with some online negativity last week, another person messaging me about my appearance…but I wanted to thank all of you who have always been kind to me no matter what, y’all have no idea how much that means to me and I love you so much for it!

I am a new subbie and I've been binge watching your videos and I just came to the part in this video where you received a very not so nice comment. You may never see this, but you are so beautiful, and I LOVE your hair up and messy. It's what makes me want to watch more. Your real and not trying to be someone who you are not. That is hard to find with all the filters and things a person can do. It's so difficult in our day where people think we have to be a certain way (their way). I thought we were all to love and support anyone/everyone, just the way they are. Sweetheart! This breaks my heart to hear someone still going after you. Here's a story.....last Thursday I had to go shopping AFTER having a skin cancer cut out on my lip and 6 more burnt off all around my face. I was swollen and there were blisters and I looked like a zombie and people were staring and it was horrific......but the alternative of not getting this done is rather dire and so when I go to work on Tuesday and someone asks what happened to my face I'll smile and ask what's wrong with it?

Emily, it broke my heart to hear that someone was giving you this backhanded compliment I guess it is? I for one thank you for being your authentic self and appreciate you not being a high maintenance “dolly”. I guess I can relate as I don’t brush my hair every day and certainly don’t have it styled (although one of my daughters has decided to give me a ballet bun with bow today so I do in fact feel like a dolly). It’s refreshing to see someone confident enough to show herself as she is and not feel the need to conform to what the magazines tell us we should look like. So please don’t listen to people who want you to change. You’re a great role model for younger viewers who can see someone able to present herself without layers of makeup and product. Ocean 🌊 people can be really A holes for no good reason! I have had comments on my videos before where people say I shouldn’t be breathing so heavily when I am just sat down making a card! But I just try to look at it all as engagement. They are wasting their time being so negative, but it’s helping to push your content to more people, so you are winning in the long run! I love your videos, I think you are so authenticity yourself and that’s why people come back each week. I’m 31 and learning to just be ok with who I am, what I like and how I present myself to the world (I think that is because I have a 10 month old daughter and I am here for her, I live for her and want her to be herself when she grows up). It easy to say keep your chin up and ignore them, but they are probably jealous of the success you have become ❤❤

I do just little designing when it comes to stationery and text and banner making. but My true gift and talent is writing poetry and update my web sites with poetry I written over the 30years of my life.
