If this is simulation football, an offense doesn’t score every drive of the game and that’s how Madden has been for as long as I can remember. Defenses are irrelevant and the only way to get stops mostly is thru takeaways which is why users need to be OP
Now it’s almost impossible to user . My first game today I wasn’t able to keep up with opposing WR , every deep ball WR was open . Reason why chiefs are unstoppable (99 speed Hill) . They went from an extreme to another , nothing in between . Two/three years ago User was unrealistic , literally LB quicker than WR . Last year they fixed that and did a good job , made user more realistic . But now you are better off rushing with your DE . Even tough it’s a Sim game , or that’s what they want to be , you still need to make each player be different and unique , and that’s what user on defense did before

They nerfed User on defense . Dbs can’t keep up with WR . If you have a fast wr he will soon or later get open . I played against a dude who had bengals , John Ross had three deep tds on me , and I am someone that user Safety so Ross was always on double cover , but he always burned them . Sad . Not about skills anymore , just who has the better team

Users aren’t slow, they’re just finally not superhuman and actually have some physics tied to their movements. Which I personally like about the game.
