Thank you so much! I’m thrilled the algorithm brought you here and that you enjoyed the video. Your support means a lot, and I can’t wait to share more exciting content with you as the channel grows. Stay tuned-there’s so much more to come! 😊
Besides escapism, there are other uses: 1. R&R. Rest and relaxation. We cannot work all of the time. Our parts wear out and they need healing time. Escaping is therapy. 2. Life lessons. The better stories teach us life lessons that we did not possess. 3. Common experience. When you share such time, it strengthens social bonds and understanding. As for the point in life, try Broader Survival.
Thank you! It means a lot to hear that the video resonated with you. Struggles are something we all face, and I believe sharing them helps us connect and grow together.
🤗 thank you so much for such a kind compliment! It means the world to hear you describe the video as art, this is what I'm hoping to achieve. The music I used are as follows: - Elysium - Edgar Hopp - We Trust by Johannes Bornlöf - Treacherous Path - Chronos - Longing for Home - Christoffer Moe Ditlevsen
This video is great! Thanks for making it! Can you please share the name of the first track used in this video? It really intensified the feeling. Thanks!
I'm glad you liked it! I used two tracks at the intro of the video, the first is called Elysium by Edgar Hopp and the second is We Trust by Johannes Bornlöf
Thank you for this video, it shows well what is behind our longing for the really big fantasy stories. I find that I have need of them in the darker seasons of the year, when strughles weigh heavier snd there is more time for absorption and calm. They help me to reflect on my life. Especially Tolkiens Universe is so full of archetypes, and his mythology goes very derp. C.S. Lewis' Narnia stories are filled with intended christian allegories which I can also apply to my life. Harry Potter encourages me to stand up to unhealthy trends and mindsets. So, I see these fantasy stories as mirrors of my soul and our world in general and definetely as a springboard. But of course, they are in themselves fascinating and fun. We should encourage young people to delve in, as I did with my kids. They also like to come back to these stories at times.
Thank you so much for your insightful comment! I'm especially glad to hear how you've shared these stories with your kids-what a wonderful gift to pass on to the next generation! And you're absolutely right: they remain fascinating and fun, no matter how many times we revisit them. Stay tuned-I'll soon be diving into more movies and adaptations that bring to life the worlds of Narnia, Harry Potter, and other beloved stories. There’s so much to explore and discuss, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on those too! 😊
Great video!
Finally the algorithm is working and recommending me content I actually want to see. Great video! Can't wait to see where you take this channel : )
