This is a good one! I love the decor. It's so sophisticated but comfortable. The building has such wonderful details, and the pool is a great size. It's a really gorgeous place.
It is a steal! Great detailed viewing. The riad where I was a guest at not long ago had the very same “Amazir” style, and was the reason I chose it. Of course, I didn’t know what the term meant until I saw this video. Thanks again for sharing your experience, Colin. ❤

This object has a very good equipment, a preferred location , for me a good reason for an investment. it is known that a property in a very good location is market friendly and is an excellent retirement provision. !!
Well, I'm not sure of that at all. The market is bouyant for a number of reasons. Not only is Marrakech an ideal investment environment but the pandemic has made people want to move - that's a global phenomenon, not just Moroccan. Also, with inflation in the US, EU and UK set to hit 10% this year it makes a lot of sense to get your cash into property. So my conclusion is that the Marrakech property market will remain strong, with significant upward price pressure for the next year at least.
