Just start with low ones until you get a feel for it. I basically started with 2nd gear, rev the engin with the clutch in and release the clutch suddenly (popping the clutch). The more you wait until popping the clutch (higher rev) the more will the bike lift. After you get the feel for this, you will try to aim at higher and higher angles. Next steps are standing wheelies and shifting gears during wheelies.
