UPDATE: chug jug with you (american boy) got this video a copyright claim so now it’s replaced with a very very sad copyright-free track from youtube’s library. sorta fits the whole situation i guess. hope it’s still enjoyable!!! see you for the emperor’s new groove toon in a couple weeks!

The mort scene was deleted because King Julian canonically doesnt like Mort to be around his feet, so it was very uncharacteristic and not faithful to the source material. No other reason

Fun fact: In one scene in Madagascar (2005) where the police raid the train station, the skipper penguin says "we've been ratted out boys". That's a reference to Batman (1989). Jack Nicholson said that exact line when him and his goons found the safe empty.
Bonus fact: This is the only film in the franchise to release on VHS, the others were only released on DVD.
VHS died out around 2005 I think. The Incredibles was probably the last video I ever owned back then
