Reading Nana for the first time would be an unforgettable experience for sure. When I started it was still releasing, slightly before 2008. Then stopped. Last year I did a reread, after 12 years. Nana never leaves far from my mind and the reread made it worse.
i'm really excited to finally read it! it has been a very long time since i've watched the anime and i agree, i still think about it quite often, definitely a series that sticks with you

yes thank you for promoting the site! i wouldn't have known about it if i didn't see you talking about it,, the interface is really nice and i love how you can order multiple listings at once from the same seller, hopefully more people transition to it from mercari ,, and will share my thoughts on POT once i start it! i know i wanted to get the volumes for cheap but i am tempted to just get the rest retail since i'm itching to read it
It’s so fun now more people are managing to complete their nana sets, the fandom is gaining strength lol 💪🏼 apothecary diaries has me hooked, it sucks we have to wait for the next volume

I am so glad you picked up volume 2 of The Remarried Empress and I'm even more glad you're enjoying it! Its one of my fav manwhas! I read The Horizon in March and yes its incredibly sad :(
yes i am enjoying it a lot! i'm glad i've come to realize that i enjoy these kind of royal drama series 👁 and i will definitely have to be mentally prepared when i start the horizon
hey theres an old tokyopop basket ball manga that came out ages ago, don't think its super popular in the resale market, but if your gonna collect everything sports in print just thought that forgetten series should come to light ( I have no clue what its name is )
i think you mean girl got game? i know exactly what you're talking about 👁 when i said in print i meant readily available series which is why i'm not really going to hunt for initial d etc but i would definitely get girl got game if i found a cheap set
Omigosh, thank god it wasn't just me who had the In the Clear Moonlit Dusk height difference. I have a similar problem where my Cherry Magic copy is also taller than the others - very frustrating! I just finished the Toilet Bound Hanako kun anime and it was really good so I want to pick up the manga eventually, possibly the box set coming out next month
the hanako manga is really good i highly recommend! i haven't watched the anime but i've heard it kind of rearranges events from the manga so i think it would be worth it to experience both 👁 and yes i think ... everyone had issues with in the clear moonlit dusk, hopefully kodansha fixes it for future prints of the series

I’ve ordered a few times from pango books and have only had good experiences so far. There doesn’t seem to be as much manga on there yet as mercari but it does seem as though people on pango books are more just trying to sell off their personal books rather than everybody trying to make a big profit. Also hope you like Real when you eventually get around to it, it’s my favorite! (though I think some of the volumes are still oos…)
good to know! and i am so happy with my first experience with them, will definitely add the site to my rotation of places to hunt for used manga ,, and i'm hoping real will go on sale in the summer or something along with reprints (i am in no hurry to get it though i have my hands full now that i am trying to collect everything lol)

oh my god prince of tennis the NOSTALGIA! prince of tennis is my fave sports series! idk why i love it so much but i've rewatched it numerous times and love the anime a ton. I've eyed the manga for a while but idk if i'll try picking it up seeing they're not being reprinted atm
i'm excited to get into it! one of the only big sports series i haven't given a try for some reason,, so far the volumes haven't been hard to find either which is nice

I felt the same way as you, the other day I was just like I'm going to order what I can of Hikaru No Go only missing 9 volumes now but they are i just did it on a whim lol but the ones I'm missing now are so pricey. I'm very similar I really want to collect more sports manga as well, its one of my favorite genres of manga.
good luck in getting the rest of the volumes! (i would love to own hikaru no go as well since i love the series but for now i'm not including it in my collecting goals unless it gets a reprint 👁 i'm really lucky prince of tennis is proving to be easy so far)

Nice haul! I have always thought about reading Prince of Tennis but the amount of volumes is a bit daunting. Used to be really into Sports manga/anime in High School. Also a massive fan of Gintama! I don't own any English volumes but I do have some in other languages and I have seen 100% of the anime. Yamazaki is my spirit animal.

Hiiii :))) Not super related to the video, but I had a question for you. I recently read Vol. 1 of Yakuza Fiancé, which I know is a series you enjoy if I remember correctly from your manga collection videos (?) The storyline seemed interesting so far, but I mainly picked it up because I thought it'd have more romance to it. Btw I know it's kinda weird to spoil stuff for myself but with certain series I have to know a little bit of what happens to actually make myself want to keep reading it. So I scowered through the internet for a while since the first volume didn't have anything really happen romance wise like mutually anyway between the two and it seems like (from what I've found online anyway) that they simply don't end up together in like an actual relationship and I just wanted to ask you about it because I don't know if I'd be as interested in reading it if the romance just... doesn't happen? Sorry for the long comment just trying to figure out if it's something worth collecting or not since I only buy stuff I really like usually > , < P.S. I love your vids!
thank you! and i have only read the first volume of the series also 😅 so you might be confusing me with someone else, sorry i can't give you more insight on if the romance progresses at all! my interpretation from the first volume was that the story will be more focused on revenge not romance though
