    When you mentioned singlestick, I remember once hearing that the Irish liked to use two sticks, and that there is an image showing so with a long and a short stick to resemble back/broadsword and alehouse dagger. Can you expand?

      We have lots of references to this apparently it was popular in the south but we don't have any further information on it or even pictorial evidence of it all.

    Do you do strictly sparring rounds, or do you also do situation scenarios (if two attackers approach, etc)?

      Yes we have a ton of various drills we do as well as that we work our way up to rattan not all of our members spar with them.
